Had a blood test there and the pathologist lady was very kind and she took her time and didn’t rush and she sent the results to my personal doctor when I asked her too

I’ll be going there for my blood test from now on as I usually get bruised at other places but the pathologist lady here took her time and I had. No bruising or pain after which I was happy with

Really Really The Worst Ever!
Ok so called beforehand due to previous experience with wait times. Told two patients ahead so thought all good. WRONG! Got there to reconfirm advice - app time was at 4: 15pm enquiring at 5: 10pm what are standard consult times was told 10-15 mins. Got in at 527pm went in and out in 3mins Dr didn’t sit wanting to go home. Won’t be going back to these Quacks ever again!

Horrible front desk service, not at all helpful and very rude! Also seemed to be her same attitude with multiple patients in my time there before and after my appointment. Really brings down the whole place when the first people you see is receptionist and they treat you like that. Would honestly boycott the place and go next door to lockridge medical instead they are far better! A little politeness when you work front of house goes a long way you know. Not impressed

I’ve been going to the same clinic for over thirty years and I’ve never had any issues, Doctor Amie is my doctor and she knows me well.

Nurse Sharon is wonderful.she is patient and listen to your concerns and advice accordingly. But the doctors in this practice is on a timer basis. They are always in a rush. Keep saying they can't address all issues today. I have been told twice they don't have time. What type of service are they providing if they don't have time to listen to your symptoms and advice accordingly? Today I went to a different doctor practice.
If the doctors don't have time for you, go to someone who will listen and treat you with the correct medication.

I just had a consult with one of the best doctors ever, friendly, interested in my life and so very thorough. I left feeling happy and little less anxious about a couple of smaller health concerns. Dr Sultanna props as it has been a long time (other than a specialist) I have found a doctor so excellent, thank you.

Under qualified reception staff. I was told to go to my regular GP because the patient that i was booking the appointment for had fever and an stomach infection, (and not cough or any other symptoms). All covid tests are negative. How can you turn around people when they need you? You don't even know if it is covid. Such dissatisfaction and disappointment.

Okay if you have minor issues and don't mind potential long wait times, depending on which doctor you visit.
Avoid this place if you have serious issues as you are unlikely to get the help you need. In my opinion, backed with experience, the doctors are not competent to handle significant issues. Reception tend to be poor listeners and inflexible in their approach as well.

This is a very caring practice I have been patient for a number of years.
Regarding waiting times, it needs to be said that good doctor cannot use a stopwatch for appointments as some patients will take longer than others.

Dr Gabriel and his team are lovely persons. They are not only professional but treat patients with heart. Though sometimes might be longer waiting time yet longer consultation means they care for each of the patient's needs with detail diagnose of the illnesses.

UNDER 1 MONTH AGO
Have to wait for an appointment 40 minutes. After that was told by Dr. Talia Steed that she was running late and needs to go for a lunch. The best she couould do is to rebook in 2 hours or I need to come back another day. No apologies. Not very friendly. It is better not to be sick. No warranty you can have an actual appointment on the day even if you have booked it.

Kiara Family Practice has been my surgery for over five years. In that time my Dr has been Dr Gabriel. I have been treated as a person as opposed to a number or financial asset.
The new look surgery is fantastic
It has a warm feeling about it making the need to see a doctor a little more pleasant.
The appointment reminder app is very helpful, however the HotDoc app I find very helpful and easy to use.
All in all I believe the practice has evolved into making the experience of seeing a Dr just that little bit easier.

If you’re first time as a patient and receive a sms message asking to fill up a form. Don’t. When you visit the clinic you will then be asked again to fill up a paper form that they will then scanned. Question then is what happened to the online form you did?

Aside from that the clinic is clean and staff are friendly.

A wonderful practice, very friendly, very accommodating, long wait but it's worth it for quality service, the staff are friendly and good customer relations, 9/10 would recommend

Dr. Gabrial rushes with the appiontment.booked for 3.30 saw me at 4.45 pm. Very disappointed with care and GP.

Better not be sick on the day there’s never any available spots and you usually wait 40 mins plus. Need a new doctors!

First time there as recently moved to the area. Had a replacement doctor Chris Ogwu who was very meticulous for a simple UTI case I had. Informed me of alternatives and did several tests, when all i expected was to be given an antibiotic script. I think I was there a full 15min! My husband had also seen Dr Amy a few weeks prior and was impressed with her professionalism and thoroughness for just a cough symptom. Yes there's a long 40-45min wait time even with appointment booked, I didn't really mind cos every patient is different so some may take longer anyway. I noticed alot of the clients were elderlies so I guess they have more to talk to doctors about. Just be expected to wait, no big deal.

No matter if you book an appointment the waiting time is pathetic. I’m very disappointed in how their system is run prioritising walk in patients over booked appointments? & making us wait over an hour & half yesterday, how does that work? After years attending this clinic as a regular patient & building rapport, my son & I have obviously been treated with bad service, dr Gabriel apologised but it’s not good enough really. This incident has definately pushed me to move clinics.

Came because they bulk billed, stayed because of Dr Amie. Sometimes the wait can be a while though even if you book online.
