Service crazy long computers off so if you don’t say anything they didn’t get your order

The fries were way too salty, very soft.
The chicken thigh had a stale aftertaste and a very strong smell.
Out of stock of 2 sauces not indicated.
Wobbly table.
The biggest disappointment of the trip will remain this KFC.
Don't go there at all!

Worst food i have ever had also been sick after eat that greasy food and couldn’t make my fight to oversease because of em.

Grungy. The self order system sucks. Not anywhere near as good as KFC I'm used to in Aotearoa.

Good customer service but sadly the environment and the food are bad. They are too busy and didn't clean the tables. A lot of birds coming inside and pooped everywhere.

KFC in the city was definitely a good experience food was good and customer service is fast definitely a solid store

Hands down the worst KFC I've ever had, I ordered from this store twice and each time there were missing items. My latest delivery had 3 missing items worth over $15.

The food wasn't great at all, felt bad for the poor chooks that ended up in this restaurant. The only reason they are still in business is because of their location.

Not good. Service ok but chips old and cold and seems it should of been called Kentucky Fried Sparrow as very small chicken peices. Not very clean either. Not going back there.

Waited an hour for a delivery from here, only to not receive most of the food I ordered. Burger box meal with no burger? Are you being serious? !

The worst KFC I've ever eaten. Ordered 6 pieces take away but was given only 5. I found out when open it later. The quality of chicken is so bad. What a shame for a store in CBD. KFC store in Sydney CBD is so much better and always busy. No wonder this Perth CBD store is empty.

8.15 pm, Friday night. 01.04.2022. I went un for a feed. The serving staff were more interested in social media on their phones than putting effort in to actually doing their jobs in a polite and timely manner. Not one table in the place was clean and the manager decided it would be best that I took it up with hungry jacks.

Absolutely unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Being a delivery driver, the staff doesn’t even look at you and keep on dealing the customers at the till. I always have to cancel the order when ever I receive any order. This kfc is absolutely a disgrace with dirty tables for customers as well. BLOODY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UTTERLY UNFRIENDLY.

KFC is cheap fried chicken restaurant I guess. This KFC definitely let's you know that. Staff too apparently!

I'd say it's the worst KFC in WA for producing fried chicken. Time and time again it's just terrible compared to other KFC outlets. Chicken is never crispy, it's dry, tastes and looks overcooked, and worst of all the hot and spicy has absolutely zero seasoning. Been like this for nearly a year now. How hard is it to raise the standards around here?

The whole experience was a waste of time and money. The young kids working there are more interested in their mobile phones and talking to each other than serving. The crunch zinger burger was slapped together and wasn't until I opened the Burger did I notice that the coleslaw that you pay extra for was not included; only to be told they didn't have any nation wide. I did get refunded $1 but honestly would not have ordered this burger type if I had known. Service was awful.
Food was just as bad

If you had to put 0 on the 1 - 5 scale of eating experiences, this KFC is it. Stale chips that tastes like they've been sitting over night and just as cold to back it up, burger was poorly thrown together and wrapped up without an ounce of care, the pigeons in the restaurant are a fine piece of entertainment for the long waits, and the drinks are watered down syrup that are flat when it gets to you.

The tables, counters and floors are disgusting. The staff have a dint care attitude, the manager would rather call from.out the back to deal with an issue than actually come to the front to deal with a customer.

I completely understand this is a place in Northbridge where people often come when they're drunk for a feed, but it would be nice not needing to be absolutely hammered to enjoy eating here.

Save your money, go literally anywhere else in WA rather than here.

Maybe it’s my another bad day, last time I came at 8: 00pm they said they didn’t have enough chicken and they aren’t going to cook anymore chicken and today I have to wait 20 minutes to get my chicken

Very busy almost very lunch time. The rubbish bins upstairs need to be emptied more often. Pigeons fly in constantly.

Lee the manager and Owen are rude af, bad service dirty dirty place, oh and the quality of service and food to be questioned, smashed front door to nice to enter NOT. I had to return food but when replaced was worried so gave it back without asking for refund rather just leave it and go elsewhere. Next time i want to eat kfc, I stick to my local store where the staff are fabulous, happy, welcoming the clean restaurant and top quality kfc is always served.
