Drive through service is often slow. Staff do not have hello, please and thank you in their vocabulary. Food is OK if a little more greasy than some other KFCs in town.
Dine-in at lunchtime the food was poor. Dried up Zinger bun, old lettuce and the usual lack of courtesy.

Clean dinning area with friendly staff. Not getting 5 stars as the washrooms need to be renovated soon as they are very old.

Just get given whatever that's in there at the time. Old chips. Hard stale chicken drumsticks you can't even bite through.
You call the store to speak to the manager who looked miserable when he past our order out the window. Have been calling the store the last 20mins and the line is busy.

Garbage, the worst kfc in Western Australia is here. The food I bought twice was the food from the previous day. I can’t eat it anymore. I only found out when I got home

Ordered 2 pieces of original chicken,
1 x small potatoes and gravy, 1 x small coleslaw came to $16 +. I don't get how it's this expensive.

I’d like to praise the two young boys who served me at the till on Sat 17 Dec, just after 6pm. They were polite and very obliging towards the changes in my order to suit the needs my fussy children. I must also add that the dining area was spick and span, tables were clean and there wasn’t any rubbish spotted on the floor. We are KFC regulars and this isn’t the closest KFC to our house but would definitely travel the extra distance every time if I could always enjoy good service like this.

Bad customer service, the girl with glasses was very rude.bought 6 pcs chicken they gave me all small pcs wicked wings.

I ordered a large 3 piece feed. The chips were over cooked and the size of the pieces of chicken was ridiculous. The were about the same size as the bread roll.

Zinger burger was great. Family had some dry chicken on same visit. Could smell some nasty odors in the dining area from the toilets.

Dont even attempt to order in store because the workers will walk right past you even if the queue is massive. All the tables are dirty too. I know its fast food and my standards are already low but they literally give you the worst experience possible

Staff here are suuuuper friendly and helpful. Would recommend. Food here is hot, fresh and fast.

Quality of food can be determined before purchase by looking at who's on shift. If it's the hip hop crew forget about it.

Worst KFC. They don't do any deals where other KFC stores do. Will be contacting headquarter to look into this store

Poor customer service at drive thru, was was handed my order at arms length and with no eye contact given, and without a word exchanged, I went home hoping my food hadn't been dropped on the floor or spat on, will never go there again.

Chips are always fresh and nicely salted when we come here and everything else is pretty damn good too no complaints:)

Didn't get my zinger burger had to go back the reason I didn't get it was they ran out so they didn't put one in was my son nit gonna worry bit bazaar

It was around 9.30 half hour before there closing time… and all i got was leftover tenders and cold fries …that’s what happen when kids run the place

Walked in and the store smelled like sewerage, watched the cashier throw the uber eats food into the bag as well as our food, staff were rude. Food was slow and packaging quality is unacceptable. Could hear the staff yelling and bad mouthing customers in drive thru.

It would seem like the manager was having a bad day, little to no customer service or manners when going through drive thru. Ignored us and when we drove through we were met with attitude and sass.

Thanks for forgetting my sauce for 3 times in a row Young lady taking the orders sounded and looked stoned, wasn’t even busy.
