Possibly WA’s worst KFC! The store is consistently filthy so takeout is the only option. Guaranteed to miss items from your order, ignore any requests you give them and ensure that your chicken consists of 95% chicken lips and buttholes…. Seriously have no idea how this franchise continues to operate

Far too often the Drive-thru is not operating. Tills Not Working. Staffing Issues. Eftpos Down, etc.
How about placing a Witches Hat at the Drive-Thru entrance to prevent people from wasting their time?
My special needs son looks forward to his Friday treat, but every 2nd Friday there seems to be an issue.
This is the fault of the Manager, not the kids who are forced to explain these issues to the customers every time.
Food was alright but service was really bad even in a drive thru. They shut app orders did not had anything to eat apart from nuggets and popcorn. The person was not answering our questions properly about add ons
Do NOT eat here! I ordered at the drive through. Checked my order - one zinger burger missing so I parked up my car - waited several minutes as the rest of my order went cold. Only one person waiting at counter it was v quiet. Informed the staff who promptly gave me a cold zinger burger - no ‘sorry about that’. I got home to find that in the five piece tender box I ordered was only 3 tenders and no sauce. Pretty disappointing will not buy Warwick KFC again

I frequent the venue and it is usually quick service with friendly staff. Only issue is the chips are hit and miss.
First time came here but shocked by VERY disgusting bathroom and very smelly, what else you can expect?
When you are served by a lady called oisin it was a pleasure to be served with manners and willingness to help the customer as I was very sick, and i will be coming back to the store again, thanks kfc and the food was great, thanks bill
This store is bad, They miss parts of your order, take longer than other stores and if you complain theres no apology just a yeah well put that in your next order at a discount. My advice go to another store.
I ordered online and after 25 minutes I went to pickup my order and they haven’t even started with it. They were singing inappropriate songs and chatting but not doing there job. The manager was no help either, he sat in the corner on the phone and never did anyone apologise for the delay. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
Ordered 2 Tender box's and additional tenders with a small coleslaw, repeated the order twice. Paid for it, got home NO Colslaw and no dipping sauce. This place is useless every time we get food from there they stuff up the order with us paying for food and not getting it.
My wife ordered 2 x 3 piece feed for herself and our son. One came out so oily it was not funny, and my wife's meal was.like it had been sitting there for 2 days. So dry that it might has been jerky. How can 2 meals come at each end of extreme. Would not order anything from this store.
I ordered a chicken slider.
The bread was dry so was the chicken and the lettuce was not fresh.
Very disappointing.
Fries looked like cooked several times over.
Popcorn the same plus lots of very very small pieces.
Fillet burger came with Mayo after I requested no Mayo.
Worst KFC experience in Perth. Ordered via the app and arrived at drive thru to pickup the order after 15 minutes. When we got there we were told the burgers would take another 15 minutes because they ran out of chicken. So we waited in the waiting bay and 20 minutes later we went in the store to find out our order would take another 10 minutes! Finally after 45 minutes of waiting we got our order - except they gave us 2 half-empty small chips which tasted stale with a few chips sticking out the top (instead of the large chips we ordered) ; a burger disgracefully half wrapped and dripping into the takeaway bag; no napkins; and had to ask for the coleslaw we ordered. The restaurant wasn't even busy! The kitchen and front staff chatted and hid behind in the kitchen out of view while we waited for our order. The staff are incompetent, disorganised, unable to time manage along with having very poor standards and zero customer service skills.
