Jaydos is an absolute asset to this company and a massive unit, he has served us multiple times with a sick vibe and a smile on his face, I love this little guy, shout out to the man and legend Dos. Oh yeah Aimable is dope too honestly boss man, love ya work boys keep at it mad dogs. Someone, anyone, please give these boys a raise honestly

Good luck getting a delivery that has everything in it and gets to you within an hour. 45min past the ETA. Of 5 attempts none of them have even been acceptable service. The worst service.

Ordered in drive through, staff were not very friendly. Food was not nice at all, chips and chicken were cold. Very disappointed, especially since it cost so much.
Won't be back, that's for sure.

Such rude workers! Scarlett has a serious attitude problem. Rolled her eyes and grunted when we simply asked her questions about what was in boxes. Too busy talking to boys then helping us and visibly upset a young girl working she had disgusting attitude. Get new workers!

I'd give 0 if I could, got rid of hot and spicy chicken in WA may as well just close shop now, what's the point

Our Meals from here were so dry and dark look like the chicken had been sitting there for days.
Chips and gravy only edible.
Waste of money will never go to Warnbro KFC again.

Dinner yesterday 25th. Customer Service Abysmal. Chips were cold, dry and tasteless. Chicken overcooked and dry. Coleslaw and potato were excellent.

A bunch of unfriendly drones that serve dogs*;t disguised as food, it boggles my mind as to how this franchise is so successful

So rude. Went into store and although there was someone at the front was totally ignored for at least ten minutes. After asking for service was told.just wait. KFC.teach your staff etiquette]!

Closed their main lobby an hour earlier than they advertise, actively turned away customers for the sake of “having to clean” an already sparkling main area, staff is rude to customers and refused service, if I can could rate 0 I would

Went through drive through for an early dinner grabbed a family feast with 15 pieces thinking there will be good variety of pieces but when I’ve got home they had filled us up with 13 pieces of dry chicken breast and 2 shrivelled wings, must have been clearing the oven in prep for the dinner rush. Will now hold the line up checking what they give me if I can be bothered going there again.

Very disappointed. We ordered the mates box. Kfc got the burgers wrong, forgot to give us the coleslaw, and the extra 4 pieces of chicken we paid for. Food was cold, chips were the worst i have ever gotten from KFC. 4 burgers and 3 were incorrect from what was ordered.

Definitely not the quality they had the last time we got food from here.

Got what I wanted, staff were nice, took them a minute to serve us but they were busy serving the drive through customers so that's understandable

Food came quickly, and the tables and front end was clean, however multiple items from our orders were missing. We had to go back twice to get our missing food.

Takes 15 mins to get online order once you get to store, the workers are that slow and rude. Chips are only half full and nuggets ain't cooked properly and chicken is that oily

If you want greasy undercooked chicken, missing items and appealing customer service. This is the KFC for you!

Taking money seemed too hard.
And then he insisted that I take the receipt, even though I said I didn’t need it, so when he went to hand it to me with my sauce, I just took the sauce, he then started yelling, ‘no! It’s our new policy’.
I just drove to the next window where my order was ready. So disappointed to then discover my nuggets were underdone and doughy tasting.
