40I was disgusted with the lack of service, the food took quite a while to come. And the indigenous presence outside smoking less than a metre from the door and not allowing passage to get passed and the manager did nothing.
Uber order took 2 hours - was cold when arrived and missing 2 items. When contacted manager was rude and not helpful - do yourself a favour and go to another kfc
Worst KFC ever with worst staff specially the night manager is really rude and have no sense of customer service. I wouldn’t recommend to go at this KFC at all.
The manager that served me in her head dress gear was not pleasant what so ever. No hello on approaching just looked at me. Not thank you have a good day on leaving. Not very professional at all. Needs ALOT of work on her customer service skills
Firstly, the food we received was cold. Specifically, the 24 nuggets and 2 original recipe burgers we ordered were not up to the standard expected from KFC. However, my main concern is with the staff and management at this branch.
Upon arriving at the drive-through, a male server informed us that they were not serving burgers, only nuggets. This was contradictory, as upon requesting to speak with the manager, we were told that burgers were indeed available. The manager then explained that the employees were preparing to leave for the day, which I find to be a poor excuse for misinformation. It is alarming that employees are misleading customers in this manner, which reflects poorly on both management and the franchise’s reputation. Notably, at establishments like McDonald’s, we receive accurate and efficient service without any misinformation.
When we proceeded to the counter to place our order, the manager informed us that the chicken burger patties were stale and hard. As a result, they were substituted with chicken tenders. After a prolonged 15-minute wait, we received our cold burgers. To add to the disappointment, the staff failed to include our ‘Go Bucket’. When we lined up to retrieve it, the first ‘Go Bucket’ provided was filled with popcorn chicken, rather than the nuggets we ordered. This necessitated another wait to obtain the correct order.
These series of events indicate a significant disregard for customer satisfaction and suggests that the branch’s management is failing to uphold acceptable standards for a reputable fast food chain.
I am profoundly disappointed with the service at this particular KFC branch. It was an unacceptable experience.
If I could choose to give no stars I would! The restaurant is beyond disgusting, food smeared all over the tables, food all over the floor.
At 1pm in the afternoon we were told there was no chicken and it would be a 45 minute wait, however they seemed to be handing our chicken through the drive thru just fine!

Amazing juicy chicken but really fatty and unhealthy ok for once a while treat.lots of people buying kfc chicken.and I mean lots there was a huge queue in the drive thru and inside the dine in omg.signs of high inflation forcing healthy Australians to eat kfc.
The service here was alright, a young man named Arsh served us. He was quite respectful and deserves a raise. The food on the other hand was slightly cold, however, the young man made our visit good.
Food was alright, couldn't go through the drive through as the girl working said taking 2 seperate orders wasn't possible in the drive through

The order was completely botched, some how ended up with nuggets and chicken popcorn instead of chicken tenders.
They get 1 star and that's for the mash and gravy and can of Pepsi.

We ordered via Menulog. The food arrived almost 2.5hrs later and it was stone cold… what more can we say: (
Been here for few times. Waited for 40 minutes and the order not yet done. They don't even bother front if there's any customers waiting. Poor services, rude and unprofessional staffs. The manager named Joshua didn't even manage the team well. There's another two girls seem not doing their jobs or they don't even know what they are doing. Don't the KFC's management provide proper training? Or they just hire anyone without knowing their skills? CBF at all. Stop ruining reputation of KFC.
Chicken pieces are falling apart and very broken.no service at all, no apology.all they did was blaming customer for the mistake they made.terrible place
First time back at KFC for quite a while. Was actually disappointed which was a shame. Zinger burger was sub-par, chips were cold and popcorn chicken wasn't crunchy at all. 5/10
7+ wings of 21pcs = 1/3,35%+ wings. Go here for your preserved cadavers, your nostrils will be overloaded with embalming fluid smells. This must be a result of pushover customer satisfaction for profit margin - highly concentrated formaldehyde aroma overpowers any organoleptic pleasantries at this KFC. BTW, formaldehyde is carcinogenic, that means eating this KFC is likely to result in cancers.
UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND POOR SERVICE ALWAYS! Came few times. Ordered wicked wings meal but the staff doesn't give the side. Always forget? Or just doesn't come with the meal?
Food was as expected. However the person serving us had the charisma of a wet lettuce. A little bit of a smile and at least look like you want to be there wouldn't go amiss.
Came at 9pm for food, told me they shut early. They were all sitting on the counter on their phones. You're open till 10pm!
Every time I go there they get something wrong. Once I found a laminated time card in my burger. They also only gave us wings in a 10 piece box. These are only some of the things.
