Not somewhere I'd usually eat, but stopped in on the way to Walpole. Cal served us. He was very efficient, polite and friendly. Lovely demeanour. We were pleasantly surprised. Thank you

Chicken was uncooked in my burger and box. Hire new staff who know how to cook, not 15 year olds who are gonna poison someone.

Let’s say, mixed feedback about this one. We bought plenty of sliders, twisters and chicken.
Sliders were all dry. Felt like really old chicken the used in. Talking about twister. This 2 star ️ is for twister. It was alright. Chicken was alright. Now come to worst part. Chicken box. Chicken was well cooked from outside. Raw inside. We could literally smell the raw chicken smell. It was yuck. No taste at all. Only bad smell. It was not even close to the smell what describes a nice cooked chicken. Overall, tried north side yesterday and south side today. Both disappointed. Common issue is customer service and I think stock issue. They have too much to get rid off so they using old chicken. Idk, it could’ve been better like always. Last time I tried around 6 months ago, it was beautiful. Franchise or corporate, these both has to take serious actions, Managment to operations. You can do better. People come here everyday all day long to spend money for some good food. It’s really makes our trip bad when expectations are little high with KFC and you let us down. Please wake up.

The burgers & chips were fresh & tasty. And the guy behind the counter was very busy & friendly. I’m glad I stopped for a break here.

Just spent $70 on food was 4 pieces of chicken short and 6 nuggets and large chips half full being a local not happy.

Forrest Highway Southbound West Pinjarra situated 80 klm halfway for all you fuel needs, supporting quite a range of takeaways within seating and toilets. Some of the takeaways that are currently available Turkish takeaway quite an impressive menu l was impressed l have posted pictures of menu boards here also, Miami Bakehouse with everything you would expect from a gourmet bakery great range of tempting treats menu board posted here with others, of course they have KFC with their full range of tempting delights

We were left to wait at a unattended front counter for far to long.
When we did get served, was told they had run out.
Won't be going back.

Worst customer service ever. No buns, so no burgers. Minimum 25 min wait for chicken at 6.50pm. I cancelled order. A staff member packing other orders commented "good for you "
Guessing a dig at being possibly overweight, despite us regularly having 12 to 13 hr days hard labour. 40 min round trip. Called later.after i cooked dinner, to lodge a complaint. No offer of compensation. And they were offended when i offered if anyone in the store could do a day as long as us, hung up on. Wont waste my time again.

LOVED THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS GREAT, FRONT END SERVICE WAS AMAZING. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. GO THROUGH FOR GREAT TASTING CHICKEN!

Costumer service was great they where nice made sure we had everything before they gave it to us

Instead of 11 different herbs and spices we must have got the 3 herb and 1 spice serving.
The most untasty Kentucky chicken we've eaten.

Food fine, but manager having to sign off for seniors discount makes you wait while this occurs, aldo difficult to eat a potato and gravy with no spoon.

Terrible! If you are thinking of stopping here on your journey don't even bother. Staff had no idea what was going on, manager nowhere to be seen, I was waiting over 20 minutes for my food and then the order was wrong and drink was overfilled causing it to leak all over me.

It's definitely not the worst food I've ever eaten, but if you have had great KFC before you might be surprised at the tiny chickens you get in your meal! We got the three piece box and it looked empty. My partner wondered where the chips were and turns out it was just greasily stuck to the bottom, barely filled. Not sure if this is a one off or a constant.

Nothing fast about this fast food venue. Probably not worth stopping in if you need to head somewhere, which you likely are is you're on the Forrest Freeway.
