The loss of one star because they don't offer the 24 nuggets for $10.95, which is a shame as they're great snacking finger food as you're driving.
Service was fantastic. Can't fault the young manager. He was a pleasure.

Food was alright before, but this one is totally awful. Couldn’t expect this from KFC. Burger patties were not even close to fresh. Zinger supposed to be little crispy later, which was very soggy. Chips was dreadful. Absolutely old and no taste at all. All we could taste was salt on it. Customer service, girl at front was okay. No hi, hello. Which is alright sometime you busy but there was only 2 orders on screen and only small ones. Let’s not argue about that. Please make your food quality better. Check in your stock levels and don’t order too much so you won’t end up selling old Pattie’s and chips to customers. Please we all know you can do better just with your unique taste for chicken recipe. I hope I will have to delete this comment and edit it to better feedback soon. Let’s see. Fingers crossed

Served by an unfriendly staff tonight. I ordered a Zinger Box which comes with potato gravy but was not given for it. I approached the staff and she questioned me back that she is pretty confident that she should had it packed in the box. Questioning me for lying?

A young male name was James very rude and told a customer to F###off and wanted to punch him out. Was disgusted to see this happen. He gave wrong prices to the guy and then lied about saying what he said.

Just reminded myself why I don't eat KFC. Warm drink and room temperature chicken. Couldn't taste the chicken just the oil it was cooked in. Small chips, well that was just a joke, they weren't even half full. No cutlery given to eat the coleslaw, no napkin, had to go back and ask for these.

Typical greasy KFC.does the job, quite tasty and is convenient when you are eating while travelling.
One of the ordering machines was not working when I got there.took a few mins to get the dude to turn around guess people don't come to the counter much.
Took quite a while for there to be enough cooked to see the 4 of us customers on our way - 20+mins.but I guess they don't want to waste it, so cooked to order.
Took 3 of them looking over one dudes shoulder when something was happening on the till.meanwhile tubs of food had been delivered and was now sitting waiting while they chatted? Seemed a bit of a shamozzle and I did have some words in my head.
But at the end of the day, first world problems and it was not too long all up in the schene of things. Gave me the chance to go buy water, visit the bathroom and have a 10min break on my phone.
Grateful thet are there given everyone else has packed up and left the services.thank you.

Traveling home to dunbrough from perth we call into kfc midway firstly they refused to take our order so my husband took over as I was using walking stick and can’t stand for long and placed Order on computer machine which If I told to use
use the machine I would done so you as only other shops open were boost and backers as i diebetic 2 not allowed any of there stock you need educate your staff

Arrived with tired hungry family close to closing time, there was no Hot n Spicy chicken left - the manager and staff did their best to provide alternatives, thankyou for the best service from KFC Pinjarra North.

Worst experience ever! After ordering a zinger stacker box plus zinger burger and a 5 chicken tenders meal combo we were told they only had 2 pieces of zinger burger chicken so we asked them to throw some nuggets in to make up for the price difference. Then they told us they had no chicken tenders and when I asked for my money back he had the cheek to say “but the rest of your order is ready” clearly not wanting to give me a refund for my tenders I would not be getting! So I asked for popcorn chicken thinking I’d get the equivalent size but no, I get the smallest box of popcorn chicken going and no nuggets to make up for the burger!
We got ripped off and didn’t even end up with what we’d ordered!
Get your sh*t together guys!

Skip this kfc! Bad service counter and bad quality chicken. Also he said i can not get the refund once they have ordered even right after ordering.

Not the best service, was about a 10min wait for them to correct our order, with no apology for getting the order wrong or having to wait a long time to get it fixed.
