We came an hour before close and called the store if they had 50 pieces of chicken. The employee named Kiran said if we were willing to wait a bit it would be ok. He gave us a excellent customer service and was very accommodating. Kiran is a legend.

Husband getting 6 pieces chicken with full price and the useless gutless staff member just gives us wings 3 hot and spicy, 3 original instead of a bit mix chicken like any other KFC!

I bought the new hot and crispy box yesterday night between 8 and 9 pm and I come home to enjoy the burger and after the first bite I smell something bad. I rotate the burger and find out that the bun had fungus. Had to throw the whole thing away. Worst experience with KFC MORLEY

The worst place in Australia! Every time I went there, and I’ve been going there for years, I never got what I wanted. I had to take what they had, or they had run out of chicken and I was made to wait. Unbelievable! Hopeless place! They should just shut it down!

I ordered original recipe drumsticks or breast but got wings and bones! I learned not to trust KFC specifically Morley branch as this was a total ripoff and disappointing.

I received no chicken in my zinger burger and call up to informed. No answer after 5 attempted. Call up in the afternoon to inform and the person that pick up was very rude. Very unprofessional and the crew said it was unlikely to happen but it did happen. Very disappointing in customer services.

8.45pm and out of chicken again. This place has to be the worst KFC in the country. They always run out of chicken well before closing time.
Went to Beechboro and got dinner from that KFC, again as usual.

Recently refurbished store is more welcoming and modern. Seems better organised and efficient than other KFC stores. Friendly staff. Cleaning is still not up to McD standards.

Horrible service. 30 minutes for a go bucket and slider.not worth the wait.chips are barely warm.never coming back even if i was starving to death

Not so exciting to visit. Drive-through was a little slow, but chicken isn't really fast food, so tolerable. But getting the wrong order was not so tolerable. Ordered chicken burger classic, and got some chicken patty with cheese. They seem to make a regular habit of wrong orders at KFC generally, not just here, But is an annoying trend.

My husband and I decided a night off from cooking and chose to have some spicy chicken wings.
Well that was a mistake, he didn’t check before leaving what was in the bag.
Apart from being overcharged, which he was going to sort out after tea.
All I can say is bl@@dy awful meal, chips were revolting cold stale.
In the two boxes it turned out to be a whole chicken cut up with a few wings. It was all soggy and cold again revolting.
So he took it back to them and gave him a credit refund for overcharging him for the wrong food.
Fair enough you’d think! Well he came home with chicken wings this time, and guess what it had been sitting in a warmer that didn’t seem to be working.
It was again soggy and just warm, so not the nice meal we would usually go for but we decided on a change which turns out to be a huge mistake.
The meal was horrible Luke warm and quite frankly tasteless.
So we won’t be going down that road again.
How can they responsibly dish up food that bad and charge for it beggars belief.
I don’t even want to give it 1 star
Staff were not the least bit attentive or interested when serving my husband and my only wish was that I had been there.
Whoever the manager is they should lose their job

Maybe don't put your Trainee staff on the checkouts in the middle of lunch hey. Spent 10 minutes having to explain our order over and over due to them not knowing what they were doing for the order to be given to us incorrectly in the end anyway

Great and well done food; customer service could use a little improvement, but hey the speed-of-service is good.

Its a shame here I just orderd a f feast hot and spicy drive thru but when I got home to eat it, I see they have given me the original one thats I can’t eat! ! The lady gave my order so quick she didnt even check!

Just a fried chicken shop behind KFC logo from my experience. Disgrace to the KFC brand when it comes to quality of fried chicken. Staff is friendly and helpful that's about it.
The soap dispenser in men's toilet looks like never been filled for months. I will not step in to this place again.

Not sure why I do it to myself. The 4th time I have been here after 8 and they have either run out of chicken or burgers. I stopped going for a while because of this but went back after a remodel of the shop thinking things might have changed. Would love to know if the owner actually knows this happens, would love to own a business that is so profitable that you can run out of chicken 2 hours before close and make money.

Very dirty floor, tables with empty food boxes and food scrapes. Staff are verbally telling each other to shut up loudly.not nice to hear.not enough of a choice for drinks. The counter is also messy with hot drinks in boxes. The fried chicken tasted pretty flat and greasy. But the chips were hot and nice. And customer smoking at the tables at the front of the store. Not a nice place at all.

Worst KFC in Perth. Overcooked Chicken, Rude Staff. Double-check if you have ordered take away. You might see some items missing.

Poor service lack of napkins and cutlery patatoes and gravy unavailable as other products, the crispy crumbing greasy.

Got two large zinger boxes through drive-thru and they did not put our chips in it. How does this happen? Not regular sized chips, large chips. Genuinely unacceptable >: (
