Ordered online befor I arrived and still waited for 25 mins to be told the chicken tenders I ordered would still be another 5-10 minutes. Such a joke

I been there for more than 5 years, and honestly, I used to work there, and even though it it busy always, the service has been good, and the food is very good.

Slowest service on the planet. Ran by children who have no idea. I was the only one in store and it took them 10 minutes to make me two over priced cold and sloppy twisters with a cold box of ten chips which they class now as regular. Extortional prices for very little food. Boycott KFC. Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave if he saw the shamble KFC has become.

Edit: review #2, tried it again but chicken wasn't fresh at all and chips were soggy and sad. Cant eat it.

Terrible service. Ordered through drive through, after payment we were told the wait time is over 10 minutes- ok that's fine but please tell us before. Then order was brought out to us in waiting bay, no drink. When I went back inside to get it, the young kid at the counter looked at me blankly and had no reaction. I mean nothing, not even oh sorry let me get you your drink. Not a single word, just looked away at the wall. Very very odd. Eventually another worker got me the drink.

Edit: the food itself was pretty good, chicken cooked well, and the two ladies on drive through were lovely.

It is amazing that this KFC has Consistently failing to complete every single order I have made in the last year. Always missing that 1 side or error with the order. Today I decided to go back and grab the missing side. The staff didnt even say anything to me, no apologies or anything, she just put the side on the counter and back to work again. KfC, come one man, you gotta deal with your staff and service. They're utterly terribad.

I recently visited KFC Mirrabooka and had the pleasure of being served by an outstanding young man named Tamer Adam. I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was due to his exceptional service and genuine care for customers. Always horrible service even when it’s not busy they always miss something on the order classic fast food, the workers are to busy listening to their lil durk and lil baby music all day like kicking around around and talking then focusing on what food goes into what order, spend $45 on food only to find out half is missing, go back to ask for the rest, they give me the replacement of what I paid for and they managed to mess it up again can’t expect much from fast food workers really but keep up the good work guys you almost got it

I had to change my rating from 5 to 3 stars because the place is a mess and they've hired some staff members who don't have the demeanor or the right attitude to be working at the establishment. Customers should consider downloading the KFC app in case the system goes down.

No problem with parking. Now I know why. The chicken breast overcooked, the chips undercooked. People please go somewhere else. Somehow I have to get my money back. Head office I look forward to your reply.

Very bad experience with this location the food was tested so bad the chips were not cooked properly and the time we had to wait for the order so bad never comes back again.

Yeah wasn't to happy with the customer service walked in an there was three workers standing there and one off the was the manager. The bloke that served me he ask me what do I want no customer respect at all so I said is that how u treat your customers and he goes YEP so then I walked straight

Food is cold and stale waiting 25 mins in the drive through and the staff were really rude and very VERY poor customer service, will never go back and would give a worst rating if I could, the need new people on the drive through as they came across very rude, slow and bad at their job

The worst KFC ever. I have order original recipe burger and I got burnt tender.
No Mayo. All I got is buns with leaves.
The staff is very unorganised. They do not know what they are doing.
They are very rude and staff inside are laughing and talking.

Saw the staff put fresh chips out and they weren't cooked. Didn't get the burger that was ordered, the pop corn chicken was more batter then anything and the nuggets were very soggy. Didn't and wouldnt even feed it to my dog.

KFC got no chicken, if no chicken then just don't sell or said not available. Not take money n said no stock and take weeks for refund.

I have been to this KFC a few times and every time my chips are UNDER COOKED and hard, and the original tenders i had been given today were HARD AND BURNT.how do you fail both of your specialties? The staff had TERRIBLE customer service and it took so long in the drive through for my cold food.would not recommend this KFC ever

The WORST KFC I’ve ever been to. The most unprofessional staff, including the manager. Absolutely awful store, staff need to be sacked or store shut down until they can hire people who actually want to do their job.

Am a 8.5 month pregnant women, who was craving KFC I ordered a zinger meal and popcorn chicken the chicken in the burger was uncooked and chips we cold, when returned the employee refused to even look properly, and just shrugged the matter off. The employees were listening to hip-hop music extremely loud with swearing in it aswell. Very disappointed at this service and will never be back to KFC again, you're lack of customer service and knowledge of cooked and uncooked food for pregnant people is a disgrace

Every single time there is an issue with the order, or they're out of everything. The staff are all 15 and rude. I'd rather drive anywhere else than ever bother with this one again.

Ordered through the app. They said at the speaker box that they were out of original recipe. No problem. Get to the window and they're also out of gravy (which I'd already paid for) was offered a singular dinner roll to replace my $5 gravy. I declined and asked for a dessert. They're out of those too. I asked for a wicked wing and the teenager told me no because that wasn't technically a side.

Just close the place down already.
