KFC Midland

Wow I have been getting some horrible KFC from places, you guys definitely didn't disappoint I was full after eating all my nuggets, popcorn chicken and chips which might I add I have only eaten the chips from 2 other KFC stores and enjoyed them but yours were a clear winner with the perfect salt ratio they were the perfect temp not to hot not to cold just right and our box was actually full, my gosh were they addictive, back to the point after eating my meal I was only going to eat 1 piece of chicken, I believe I had about 5 pieces it tasted like I remember as a kid, wasn't oily the skin coating was perfection. The chicken inside wasnt dry and was so delicious and they also didn't fill our box with a ton of the smallest pieces, it's also the first time in a long time since I have had pop corn chicken that wasn't to spicy for me, now my mouth is watering while i write this review I want more. Ps don't forget you can use the KFC ordering app to speed things along,

The manager Juliana was incredibly understanding when we relayed to her that the KFC app was glitching and we couldn't actually process transactions through it. She had great problem-solving skills in providing a solution to the problem and should be commended for her great inter-personal skills and customer service.

Hey KFC Midland how about you actually turn on being able to order through door dash again instead of just saying you will and hanging up. You need new managers they're rude as

Ordered 6 pieces of Hot and spicy without any leg pieces and this is what I got. All pieces were original recipe and 3 leg pieces.
Owner please refund me back my money or give my order again or else I won’t remove this review again.

I walked into KFC Midland and the customer service was really nice and welcoming. The employee Theo was really nice and friendly. The food was cooked beautifully and the chicken was nice and tender. The chips were seasoned perfectly. I can’t wait to come again.

6: 20,31s august thursday, ordered a family feast, zinger burger, nuggets and extra large potato and gravy, was bagged within a minute and at the window as soon as we got there, chips are hot and clearly freshly made, great service.

Whenever i come here to order (drive thru or in lobby) the staff are always giving attitude and are very unwelcoming, especially the young managers. We get that working at fast food places is tiring and not the best but there’s no need to shove the paper bags to our faced and give us dirty looks just because we ordered past 9pm. Not everyone finishes work early and have time to cook dinner. Very unprofessional for a manager to act like that.

1st thing 1st.
I'm pregnant woman who made the mistake of going to midland KFC. I now have server food poisoning and spending the day IN HOSPITAL. Like someone else said, never had anything like it. It was dry, bland and pretty much inedible.

Someone from upper management needs to come to this store and lift the game up

Shocking time management and service food was shocking

Sitting in a packed drive through and the staff are mucking around, throwing stuff, walking around with our food and making videos on their phone, not happy at all

Every time I order something from here items are always missing. How hard is it to get it right, sigh!

When i went in they were short staffed, but the worker behind the counter. Kept it working all smooth.
Clean and tidy, fresh food cooked

My friend is an avid and regular visitor of this fine dining establishment, to which he travels to via his shitbox Holden Jackaroo. One of his noted criticisms is that the bend in the drive through is too narrow, resulting in the steps of his shitbox scraping alongside it.

If I ever feel like shortening my lifespan by a solid 8 months I make the active and enthusiastic decision to come to this KFC. Any extra sauces for the chicken are unnecessary as the grease that coats the chicken acts as lubricant enough for the tenders to slide down my throat and into my digestive tract.

Unfortunately I am but a weak man, and could never match the over $40 that my friend spent, just on himself, to "enjoy" a lunch here.

Receipt attached for proof, four stars out of five, all praise the Colonel.

Pretty fresh chicken and chips.placed a big order with numerous items and swapped out, the order got messed up and got given less food then I paid for.

The lady that served us was not friendly and sempt like she didn't even want to be there. Good food.

I just came back after they got my order incorrect last week waited 25 minutes for fresh hot n spicy chicken only to get original. Chips not crispy no salt. This is terrible service lift your game tried to call but your number is not working very disappointing

Placed an order and paid via the app and got the confirmation at 4.49pm on a Sunday, and I walked in to pick up at 5.20pm. Was waiting there for another 10mins (only one guy ahead of me) before being asked if I can wait 20mins for my 21 piece hot and spicy as there was not enough of it. I asked why but the staff couldn’t give me a reason. Waited for another few minutes and was offered wings instead. I rejected that offer and was still waiting for a reason or maybe a part refund for an incomplete amount. There was only one order ahead of me, no one at the drive through too. Then suddenly a few minutes later, the staff came back and told me he could make up the whole order. I asked him specifically if he had the whole amount in there and he said yes. Got home and lo and behold, we were not given our full order. Makes me wonder if I was lied to, just to get me out of the store. By the time I got to my car with my incomplete order, it was 5.37pm.

Very disappointing service especially when it is not flat out busy, and when you order and pay online so u can get in and out quick. I wouldn’t want to imagine peak time for them.

Tried to call the store but no one answered, so we dropped a complaint via the app. Wonder where this will go.

Drove in today at about 2: 40, not a rush ordered the chicken tenders for $10. But when we came home they were burnt a, hard and salty like sea water.
. We even asked the guy who gave us our food if the tenders were fresh and the right portion. He said it was and left like he was very busy even though not busy. Honestly not surprised at the ratings. Worst experience always at KFC Midland. Sometimes staff look like they are forced to work and provide very poor service and quality of food.

Person packing order did not wash his hands after he just dealt with cash. Extremely unhygienic and I'm Sure company policy is to wash hands after handling cash as it is with most fast food places. Extremely unhappy with this situation.
