KFC Lakelands

Just terrible, 6 pieces all tiny wings very overcooked they were so incredibly shrunken and dry, tenders were also overcooked and all stuck together. Go elsewhere or prepare for disappointment

Ordered 3 pcs chicken originals and gave me a 3 lil pcs.like 3 like.wicked wings more bigger than the 3 pcs that they gave me. So disappointed. U paid for ur money but you get like smaller than chicken nuggets.

Best damn KFC I ever had. Young woman at the window even remembered the sauce other kfcs forget. Delicioso. Was so good I was compelled to write this review

The chip has way to much salt that u can eat it the tenders look like size of chip didn't get the order right and they was very slow

Every time I go they have not what you want, 8pm and told they don’t have zinger or original, sometimes no chicken, last 12 months there would be at least 8 times they couldn’t supply the full menu. Stop being tight and cook what you need.
Went tonight and ordered a zinger box an got a burger and chips, guy that past it out the window didn’t even say a word and looked stoned as.
Got home rang manager and it like they were expecting it.
I would hate to be the owner, if they keep running like this then will go bust.
Wrang them up and the manager was rude and told to dine back

Amazing service was so kind and efficient food was served hot and fresh in less than a minute best kfc experience I have ever had

No chicken pieces, AGAIN. When I get the food home items missing, AGAIN. 3 WEEKS IN A ROW.

Food is okay. They never supply sauces with any of their meals. I have used this fact with their delivery service to get discounts on food

Just lined up in drive thru for 14 minutes to be told there was no gravy, no potato n gravy, no Pepsi Max. Ordered a giant feast and got extra coleslaw instead of potato n gravy.
Even before I opened the chicken pieces I could smell a burnt smell.
The chicken had been cooked in oil that looked it hadn't been changed in about a week. I thought that this store had resolved its issues.

6 pm on a Friday night no chicken why would I expect chicken they said should close this shop

Terrible! No more hot and spicy is getting sold South Perth/Selection areas so horrible will not buy the disgusting original chicken. What is the point of getting KFC without the best hot n spicy chicken! So we will no longer go to KFC.

Terrible staff, so slow took forever to get meal, only one girl at the front who was clueless, don’t come here

Useless always running out of food, no burgers, no chicken, just shut your doors completely because this is a regular occurrence, not going to supply any food then just shut down, what sort of a business is this!

Totaly unorganised staff not able to handle work load. Waiting, waiting and waiting to get cold food after 24 minutes.

Usually when I buy chips from KFC, it is soggy,
BUT NOT THIS BRANCH, it is crispy, seasoned well and warm! Keep it up

Disgusting service, ASSISTANT manager monty was SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
I’ve done this before with lakelands kfc if they can’t supply a large potato and gravy (I ordered 2 large btw) that they sub with either 4 regular sized ones, I only received 2 regular gravy’s so I asked where the other gravy’s where? He said this is what I ordered and would not even listen to my story just immediately said this is policy and you get 2 regulars to make up for the 2 large?
I said that’s good at all and the company should fix this, and that I’ll just speak to the manager, When I drove off he laughed and shut the window.
I called my parents to see what they wanted to do and wanted a refund cause he was rude and not nice, when I went in to talk to him I asked for a refund for the whole meal.he was disrespectful straight away and said he will not refund the meal and only the gravy’s? Any other manager refunds but why can’t he? I kept trying to tell him why he’s at fault and changes to not wanting to refund anything at all!? What am I supposed to do with a meal with no gravy?
He tried to be intimidating, but I absolutely did not take any of that at all.
Needs to be spoken to or given some sort of warning. At this point we don’t care about the food but how his customer service and management is disgusting. He handled this so childish. All other managers at that kfc are nice but with Monty this is an on going issue with him, multiple reviews of his bad management towards customers.
My mum called the store and asked why I couldn’t get the refund, Monty immediately started YELLING on the phone to her.

Note: we rung 5 other kfc stores to see what they would also substitute a large kfc with and they all said 4 regular gravy’s?
Why did Monty have such a problem?
Hope the higher office stands you down or fires you, customer service ain’t for you

It's OK. Better local kfc. It's what you expect when you buy fried chicken. Hot and spicy seems to be more mellow. If you buy spicy things they should make it hot! Someone has to design a way to make chips crunchy when delivered, wherever I get chips delivered from they are soggy. Chickens nice but commercials on tv drive me crazy! Shut up and take my review!
