37 On 24th Jan 2024 I Ordered Giant feast. First the seal was open, the chicken nuggets tasted off, the chips were okay, but then I find there are only 2 drumsticks and the rest were all wings. Usually Kingsway kfc is good. But not this order and after reading other reviews, I will not be ordering here again, atleast not until somethingis done about the hygiene and chicken peice ratio.
I have made atleast 2 complaints to kfc and they are yet to get back to me. I am very disappointed with this one order, it was as if I was given the left overs chicken peices.
Poor service from staff who don’t care. Twice in the past week they have run out of drinks options before 7pm. Not sure why a manager or owner cannot foresee sales and stock fridges. Won’t be returning here.
Wow, what a saga. Ordered meal, took 25 minutes to prepare and receive. 3 people before us got the wrong order, no apologies from the 2 boys at the front counter getting the food together just "there you go". A couple of unhappy customers there. A piece of chicken fell onto the bench, young boy picked it up with tongs and threw into a bin. After doing this, he cleaned the crumbs and mess off the bench, using the tongs and then used the same pair to get nuggets for an order. Then, he scratched his ear and ran his fingers through his hair and went onto boxing chips without washing his hands. We checked our order before leaving the store after watching the issue with 3 others prior to us.
Only ordered large chips as a quick snack
Chips were disgusting.
Soggy, cold.
Wont be venturing to KFC for awhile.
Ordered drive thru on 6 June around 4.45pm. 2x 3 piece SPICY chicken dinners only to get home to find chicken wasn't spicy and 3 tiny pieces of chicken and chips were cold and limp. Not happy Jan.
I repeated twice that I wanted 2 x spicy packs.
I should have looked at the reviews of this store before I went there. I'm so disappointed! When I got there, all the lights were off, and it looked closed, except for the one car in the drive-through, so i went in as well. 9pm no zinger or filets = no burgers. Had work it out of the dude on the speaker, got told after everything i ordered "sorry we dont have that" instead of telling me straight away that they don't have half their menu. Got a 3 pic3 box instead with bits of chicken that almost had more bones than meat, and the bag of chips was just half full. The place was crawling with staff, all kids that I could see, at least 5. What an unorganised disaster. I worked at kfc I germany when I was 18 and we would never have run out of food an hour before closing during quiet times. Specially not with that many staff on. Stay away from that store it's literally the worst
Second time receiving food still with feathers on the meat. NOT just an unfortunate piece, both time the whole meal still had feathers
We ordered 2 different boxed meals and neither had their chips. Didn't realize until arriving home which is 10 minutes away.
Not worth going back especially as the rest of the food didn't taste great either.
The smell drew me in but the dining experience didn't match. Chicken lacked flavour and coating, was dry and tasteless. No spoon or serviette! Won't be back. Unfortunately app won't allow 1/2 a star as 1 is way too generous!
Tenders have been cut in half before cooking… how cheap can you get.

Waited over 40mins in drive-thru.chicken was dry & looked like scraps.no potato gravy.sauces missing.chips were hard.overall food was inedible.total waste of my money & time.threw it in the bin
Absolutely worst KFC ever! Ordered dinner for 2. The Chicken was 2 tiny wings, 2 tiny drumsticks and 1 tiny thigh. Missing potato and gravy. Dinner rolls were dry and disgusting. They won't answer their phone to help rectify the problem. Threw it in the bin and ordered Red Rooster. Do not order from this store!
Food was ok, but make sure you get your receipt. Ordered a zinger stacker meal and was given a regular zinger meal. When I got back to work I thought about going back to get it swapped, but without a receipt, hard to complain. But I did enjoy the meal anyway
Toilets disgusting, extreme attention required. Toilets are the front line of any hygienic business.
Hadn't had KFC for several months. Swear the original burger has shrunk. Be better if they just increased the price. Chicken was ok. Tables could have had a wipe down.

Made an app order and when I got to the first window, the woman hurried me I to the next window. No hi or bye.
At the newt window, another girl just says "app order? " And I said yes, she doesn't say anything else and basically throws the bag at me and shuts the window.
Then I'm stuck sitting at the window for another 10mins for absolutely no reason besides me not receiving my 2x drinks and 2x sauces. And everytime I go to wave, everyone walks past the window not wondering why I haven't moved my car yet.
Finally, they prepare the NEXT person's order and then call out the order to me which I said no, I didn't get my drinks and sauces yet.
It seems as though staff are even more rude when it's an app order. I'm pretty sure I've made your lives easier by placing the order so that it's already printed and you don't need me to verbally tell it to you for your to push the buttons in!
Finally I get home and I'm missing some chicken. To top it off, that's why you're getting a 1 star rating. Not my usual and never will be back
The staff here are logical, and friendly, I was a regular at Warwick, the service here at Kingsley, is totally positively incredible, by comparison.
Waited for maybe 5-10 mins, atleast 4 staff saw me + the 2 looking miserable walking back in after their break, no one took my order. Walked out in the end, might want to add "serve customers" in the training book.
