Chicken was old.
Now worse than last rating, I thought they may have improved but they got worse. After ordering I waited 15mins then they told that my order of 3 pieces of chicken would have a waiting time of 15 more minutes. I asked for money back and cancelled order.
I gave them one last chance and once again they blew it.
Waited half hour and the yummy stuff on the out side is not mixed properly and not cooked properly so hence you get this flowery greasy feeling in your mouth. No more going back there anymore, I would rather travel further to get next feed if there be a next time
Wife ended up sick again because someone doesn't know how to cook chicken properly. Will not be ordering from there again.

The last three visits I requested no thigh pieces, however, each time I was given numerous pieces of thigh. Tonight I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, 50% was thigh, even though the drive through staff clearly repeated "no thigh" when she stated my order.
I'm not sure if the staff are incompetent, lazy or have no respect for business and customer service, but the service can only be given 1 star.
An authentic, local, farm-to-table kind of place where you really get the terroir of the Forrestfield shopping centre.
This place is absolutely feral. It looks like nothing has been cleaned in years. The toilets are filthy the tables and floors are disgusting. I can't believe they are allowed to serve food here. I wouldn't let my dog eat here.
Worst service ever. Full of wings in 2 dinner boxes. When I asked about it, they refused. Never ever buy from there. Worst customer service
I ordered a FEAST bucket meal, supposed to come with 15 pieces of chicken, instead only have 10 pieces.
Consistently poor. Checking your bag has become mandatory at this place. If the kids didn’t request it we’d avoid.
KFC is my favourite takeaway. I was disgusted by this store.
There was nobody over the age of about 17 in the store at all and it shows.
My order was wrong from the drive thru, so I went back in. Took 10 minutes of waiting around while kids were playing out the back. Then I heard a tray drop and someone, at the top of their lungs yell "YOU F@%KING RET@RD" for all customers and staff alike to hear.
I will never go back.
The girl that served us was rude and we didn't get what we asked for. Had a very poor attitude they should train there staff better.

This is the second time (out of 3) orders where I have been missing items and what I have received has been disgusting.
I have tried to ring the restaurant but no one answers, I have tried to complain through Menulog and they cut me off their chat saying it will be escalated? What does that mean and how does that help me now?
Anyway avoid at all costs. Very disappointing.
Today was a poor start. Staff were nice. Not having product due to covid and deliveries are understandable. Had to wait 15-20 mins from opening the store was Inconvenient and product wasn't cooked or ready was a concern. The meal arrived chicken over cooked and was greasy and packed on the burger wrapping covered with grease.lettuce was old on burger mashed potato was barely warm and old tasting with fresh cooked chips. Only ordered 1 zinger combo box. I normally would promote a business but this unfortunately was a completely dissapointing.
If there was a minus rating I would be chose that.chicken tendors no batter chicken hard absolutely disgusting, chips undercooked disgusting, popcorn over fried no chicken in them at all disgusting what a rip off and waste of money.
It never ceases to amaze me how this particular store manage to mess up your order every single time.
It ranges from giving you 6 pieces of chicken instead of the 8 ordered, giving you 8 pieces of chicken wings and drumstick in the whole box, giving you whatever that they have cooked ready instead of the 2 pieces of original chicken as it has to be for kids.
The management team here is really bad as they hire a lot of school kids (I support this) but they are hardly trained and could not handle the pressure during peak hours and do not know how to handle enquiries or requests and the manager is nowhere to be seen to help solve any problems.
Only reason I keep coming back is that I live in the area and my love for KFC is more than my disdain towards the management team at this particular outlet.
If you're the owner of manager of this outlet, please take action to overhaul the team as it seriously is so rubbish that I have to take the time and effort to write you such a long review as I had let it go for the past 4 years.
