KFC Falcon

Chicken was as we ordered and nice and hot, unfortunately the 2 lots of chips were just luke warm and we had drivethru so didn't know until we got home. Coleslaw recipe seems a bit different now, not quite as sweet. Potato and gravy is nice.

Went through drive through and got a family feast. When i was second in line i saw that the drive through person dropped their meal on the ground outside. When I got my meal, the bottom of the bag was cold, not even warm. When I got home, 6 drumsticks and 4 wings. These guys are a rip off, and it was luke warm inside.not even kidding, i had to microwave the pieces.

No chicken to buy as a 40 minute wait and the laugh at you when U question why after only being open a hour how this is possible service is non existent

Great workplace, seems like all the staff get along really really good and work well together. They are quick and efficient during peak time and have a lovely experience and chat every time I go in️

Serving staff great.food errr no thanks. Nothing like the KFCs of the past. Way over salted. KFC chicken used to be a nice crispy coating whereas now it is a limp soggy salty mess. Not just this store either as I had a soggy greasy one from Kirkcaldy, Scotland during covid restriction but put it down to staff relearning the ropes. Bring back the old original recipe PLEASE.

Best hot and spicy chicken I've had in a very, very long time, kfc can be hit and miss, but this one reminded me of kfc back in the day.

Bloody awful, simply the worst kfc we have ever had and probably the last we ever will, kfc wake up and regain what was once a nice trwat, rubbish.chicken burnt, chips not cooked.

I am trying to mark zero star or negative stars but there isn't option for it. Not once or twice but pretty much every time, the service is terrible. At least 10-15 minutes wait every time and this time I have been told that there isn't enough chicken for your order.

Lovely service from the front staff. Extremely busy for a Wednesday evening. Food was hot, no problems with getting the right order.

Order was wrong. Only one tiny serviette, per meal box. No straws.
Young girls working there, did a lot of talking out back. So much so, didn't even hear me when I tried to catch their attention for service.

Just had an awesome adventure at Falcon KFC. After a 50 minute wait, they still forgot both coleslaws. Must have seen at least 4 other orders that were either wrong, took for ever to get their food or both. All angry customers. I did notice that there was heaps of orders going out through the drive through. Hmmm

Pretty slow for a prepaid order, where you travel at least 5-10 minutes to arrive and then up to 25 minutes waiting to collect. Slower than the Mandurah store and that's really not something to be proud of.

Ordered for dinner, by the time it arrives it'll be closer to a supper. As my partner was collecting the order, she stated that the young kid was rude and obnoxious

This joint is a scam! Drivers blatantly just steal your food, you cannot get through on the phone! $46 gone! Drivers phones disconnected! I will be going to head office for a full refund! Terrible. What a scam. Very disappointed. What a waste.

Terrible service. Always an issue when go to this store. NO CHICKEN one time. Something always missing from order every time

If I could give a star rating of zero I would… every time I order for delivery food is missing, and the same with drive through. And now today actually walked in asked for a receipt when o asked for a $30 meal and charged $47 and told they couldn’t produce a receipt because machine was down. Sorry kfc falcon you put KFC to shame with your rudeness, lack of service and continued provision. Staff are rude service is disgusting, ripped off every time no matter wether it’s delivery, drive thru or walking in…. People complaining around - had a gut full!

The young staff had music so loud the service was a disgrace too busy dancing to the music to sreve

This KFC is utterly terrible I wouldn't even order from here I went through the drive thru and I was told to park because there was no fries but I said we are just going to wait because there's nobody in the drive thru and I was told to park and I said no because there was still no cars then" Zoe" abruptly told me to continue to drive to the parking bay because she said there's someone else in the drive thru then we drove thru to the parking bay and 5mins later and there was still nobody coming through the drive thru I would recommend that you never come to this restaurant the customer service is beyond terrible I would rather go to another restaurant and my last statement is that this KFC restaurant is absolutely a disgrace

A bit disappointed in the lack of attention the workers pay when packaging orders, i always find something missing in my orders. Last night they forgot to pack the family coleslaw and the 3 sauces in my order. Wonder what they’ll forget next time? Just check ur orders people before you leave the window …

Bro ganna sound like a Karen but I don’t really care, Most of the people who work at this kfc are really rude and cut you off when ordering then got my 5 tender combo got not even three full tenders and a random piece of chicken. Like come on this has happened multiple times.

Went there tonight at 9pm no one came to the windows. We honked a boy threw water on the floor looked at us and walked off. Absolutely disappointing service.
