23 The blonde girl on drive though tonight, 829pm did not care at all and I wonder what was wrong. I Ask for one thing, no, not available, something else, on the menu, reading from the menu she actually swore under her breath, no, then yes, the gabe me a price way more than what was on the menu
What kind of employees are you outing on there?
Ordered online, went to collect instore as the drive thru was busy, amazingly fast service which was very surprising given their usual leisurely efforts. Arrived home only to find the reason they were so quick was due to the slops they decided to throw in the bag in place of my actual order. Amazing
Paid $70 for a feed for the family. Apparently it didn't go through yet it came out of my bank. They are now refusing to give me my food.
Waited for 10mins only to be told another 10mins at least for over not good enough should have said there was big wait when first ordered not after taken money then took nearly as long to get refund bloody hopeless
Honestly does the owner want to make money this is the 2nd time that they close because there is no power that's such a huge loss in revenue all the lights are on? And why hasn't this problem been sorted the 1st time. Some of the staff really need to learn customer service.sorry not sorry
Always a long wait, order is always wrong. I highly recommend going somewhere else as this has to be the worst kfc in perth
Got informed machines were down after waiting for 15 minutes at the counter. Had four team members in store but none of them knew what they were doing in the store; they all looked disconnected with no communication.
The person taking orders in the drive thru is the rudest person I have ever heard in my life. I work in customer experience and understand that it is frustrating sometimes but that does not give anyone the right to speak rudely to customers the way the lady did.
Worse of the worse, no chicken for the second time I’ve been there for dinner? Ask for extra chicken salt on the chips, they are trying to poison me abit carried away maybe have too many issues in that store
But don’t take it out on the customer it’s literally kfc obviously we going there for chicken if no chicken do better with what else on the menu don’t over salt it! The management are obviously trying to get rid of

Git food poisoning from the slider I ordered today. The chicken must have been off. Or not stored properly. I guess there is no where safe to eat take away food in ellenbrook now.
What kind of store runs out of their main product? You specialise in chicken you should have chicken right? Made an online order just before to find out they only had chicken tenders. Manager was called and it was a kid with no idea. Funny my online order goes through for a product that is unavailable but it takes 2-3 days for a refund to come back to me. This has to be the worst fast food place I’ve ever come across.
Got 2 lots of the $2 large chip specials, the front counter staff member was friendly, professional and served with a smile and good manners. The toilet facilities were clean and the parking was sufficient, it is a very nice small modern KFC
Whoever is the owner of this KFC, you are a brand new store! Either review the staff you have representing your place or move them on! No discipline, they don’t acknowledge you, they don’t practice safe food handling regarding health and safety, wait times are through the roof!
For a new business, it is appalling to think these are the standards that you are content with?
Work the business don’t allow kids work it for you.
I am more than happy to come run it for you but I’d be replacing it with a much competent team that care about their job, that care about customer service and know how to work smoothly and efficiently. Nothing wrong with young people working but you must have a manager there, that does not motivate and practice good work ethics. GET IT TOGETHER.
Worst customer service.was really quiet and took 20 minutes.thanks for also putting the chips that had been sitting out side the heater in the bag aswell.i watched him go to put them in there and told him to give me new ones straight away.common sense would of told anyone that if theyve been outside the heater for 10 minutes you are supposed to chuck them. LAZY
Uber eats always delays. They never acknowledge drivers and once I waited over a hour for food until I rung to complain! Ridiculous
Although it was busy in drive thru when we went the line moved through well. The girl on drive thru was friendly and double checked our order before we paid. Meals were fresh and well cooked and really well presented. This fast food place seems to have it all together. So far no negative experiences at this store. Keep up the good work and.thank you
Ordered 4 Zinger burgers - got 4 originals instead and the chips weren't cooked. Worst KFC experience we've had in a long time
Dual lane drive through but only seem to serve one lane. Waited in the queue 17mins before reaching the speaker and I was only 2 cars back from the speaking on arrival.
The place is spotless which impressed me. Plus the customer service is fast and all of them are young but hard working and friendly. Highly recommended!
I asked and paid for 3 chickens an 3 Thighs but received ribs and wings. The manager is an Asian lady (Rhea) who is very rude and she refused to change the wrong order when I came back to refund or replace. She did not provide receipt first and after I asked for receipt she made a copy one which clearly written 3 Legs and 3 Thighs. I did not get what I asked and paid for.
