KFC Dogswamp: Takeaway, Delivery & Drive Thru

Online order like always do. No body in drive thru or line when I enter. About 4 cars go through drive thru before anyone acknowledges I'm here. Somehow another 3 or 4 cars get served in drive thru before my twister and chicken manages to be put together.

Items were missing from my drive through order. Called in to speak to the Manager Amelia and she insisted that her staff put it in and that I was lying. Shocking!

KFC Dogswamp- the store where you never get what you paid for: D Order colesaw, they forget the colesaw. Ordered dip and they forget the dip. Ordered gravy? Eat it with your hands because they never give spoons. LOVING it.

The guy who takes drive through order BEN has the worst customer service and attitude ever.

Things were missing from the order and when trying to contact them by phone their phone was switched off

The staff with blue jumper, a guy. Just ignore me at the counter. Straight away go to kitchen, like try to hiding and talk to other staff abt something unnecessary and just doing like he didn’t see at all. No any customer and I can see my order only in screen. Good service!

After a tiring game, I went to get drinks for the whole gang through the drive through and the girl who handed me the drinks was very reluctant to listen and to answer. I ordered 8 drinks and as she was handing me 3 of the drinks I asked her for a cup holder to which she rudely asked me to take the drinks first. After she handed me the rest of the drinks, I asked her again for the cup holder. Then she told me there were non left and just closed the window. These things happen but wow…this experience was sth else and further more she shouldn’t have been working with food, especially with long pink nails. Sad to have gone through this, especially since it was close to home…will have to drive further from now on.

Ordered 6 Burger meals via the app for instore pickup just after 8: 30pm and it took about 25 minutes to be completed. While we watched about 15 cars go through the drive through.

Honestly, this is the worst KFC in Perth. I am local and have given this place a chance so many times yet always disappointed with the food. Staff are average but in all fairness they try and be helpful yet get the order wrong every single time. The frozen drinks are so syrupy to the point of sickness. I think the hot n spicy was only once the way it should be. The food is over oily and just not right. I wish I could give this more but they just shouldn't be open. Just once I would love a complete order cooked right

Wow really impressed with the service. So quick and accurately executed service for takeaway. Very polite as well. Not sure if she was the Manager, but whoever was working at the front at 5: 40pm on 23 December is extremely competent. Well done!

This place is always so painful to deal with.
It's extremely slow, even when you order on the App beforehand and do a pick up. Even slower if your request a delivery.
I've tried a few times trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. But I just cannot bare another visit.
Really takes "Fast" out of Fastfood.

Normally it's fine. Recently took over 30 minutes to get our order done. Some pretentious influencer prancing around the car park for a photo shoot. Only blocked 25 cars

CHICKEN A CUSTOMER HAD TOUCHED WAS RETURNED TO THE WARMER.

Customer who had taken food away from the counter to a dining area had returned to the counter and said they had received too many wing pieces and could they be exchanged. The customer had opened the box and possibly touched the food to move and count it.

The staff member then took the opened and touched box of chicken and and returned some of the wing pieced to the warmer with the other chicken to be served to other customers.

At a minimum the food was touched repeatedly with bare hands by a person of unknown cleanliness and health. At worst it was potentially contaminated in some way.

Highly disappointed, first time trying this kfc and the order was wrong multiple times and handed us the wrong burger twice in a row. The girl at the checkout was really nice and polite. Just don’t know how they managed to get the entire order wrong… will be copping the drive to the booka next time

Not a massive kfc fan. But my friends had their standard large meals missing chips and drinks.

The limited edition "Hot and Crispy" arrived with a lot of pomp so got myself some. Unfortunately it was warm and soft, but that's what you get for going to KFC 30 minutes before they close.

Anyway, 5 stars because it's KFC and no one does it like the colonel. Ratio of good to meh food I've had @ Dog Swamp is 80/20, which is pretty darn good. IYKYK.

You literally have one job. To have chicken. You have no chicken. You fail at your job. Well done KFC

No tissues, no cutlery for my potato and gravy, burger was dry and forgot the sauce. Chips were warm and soggy.

I used the kfc app here for the first time. The process was ok but probs wouldve been quicker to just order through the drive thru. When I got to the window, they tried to give me someone else's order but mine wasn't far behind. Food was hot and fresh and the kids working the drive thru had a fun and positive attitude, so many dont.
