I normally don't comment on fast food joints, but I used the KFC App for the 1st time, I was really surprised how easy it was to navigate. No delay, quick, efficient service, and being a Friday, food was very fresh. Well done, KFC Clarkson
Don't normally review fast food but KFC Clarkson do a great job. Always fresh and not slapped together. Fair play and credit to the team. Also, cost of living crisis and yes they made a huge profit however KFC have not increased prices. That's awesome.

The hot wings are alway too greasy, but the chicken pieces are good, the kids say the chicken nuggets are the best.
Waited at the counter with my Family for no one to serve us for 5 minutes, Ended up walking out due to poor service. Wouldn't recommend.
Walked into the store due to the large line in drivethru and once we finally get through the line of people to the front to be served its cash only. No sign on entry only at the register. However eftpos was available on drive thru.
The store lacks management and organisation.
Drive through and walk in, carpark is well signed and lit. Food can be a little hit and miss.can be super oily at times and perfect at others.
More then six cars in the drive through means faster to walk in.
Sat in the drive through, for over 25 minutes, only to get the wrong order. THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE! Not impressed and will NEVER RETURN!
Would love to rate the food here but after standing at the counter and being blatantly ignored I decided to walk out.

I was asking for an order and nothing is available. Also the guy who looks like the manager is very rude for people. This happens today (08/12/22) at 9: 05pm. Poor customer service

Most incompetent store I've come across stop hiring wanna be gangstas and hire some proper staff that can do the job most of the time this store has "run" out of whatever you want then the wait times for your order to be even place at drive through is disgusting.

HIRE MORE PEOPLE. Took 40 minutes on a Friday to get food, obviously understaffed. Food is a 4 star but wait makes it completely unreasonable.
Chips were cold and stale. Precook or left to long in heat. Chicken taste like washing up detergent. Horrible experience there. Plus they always run out of hot spicy chicken
This place is so dirty I think I'm going to have to take a shower after eating here. Struggled to find a table that wasn't covered in bread crumbs and chicken bones
Came here 12 months ago, food was cold and service slow.
Came back again yesterday, service is still slow.
Might be something to do with the one guy doing all the work at the counter, while three others including the manager sat at the back having a conversation and staring at the growing line of customers
Waited 20 mins for a 3 piece box (a thigh and 2 very dry breast pieces that were so dry I couldn't eat them) and a regular chips that were undercooked and very small.
Was looking forward to it as haven't had KFC for years and now I know why
I went there tonight for 2,3 piece box meals and was asked to pull into the waiting bay as the chicken was 7 minutes away from being cooked. That’s all fine I pull up and wait. 10 minutes go by no food, 15 minutes go by still no food. Mind you there was me and 1 other girl in the waiting bays while at least 10-15 other people driving through no problem. Now you can’t tell me that all of those 10-15 drove through and not one got some chicken even though it’s KFC Kentucky fried chicken. It took the other girl getting out of her car and walking in for them to bring out the food which was magical ready the minute she went in there and asked for it. I’m fine waiting my turn but when you wait 30+ minutes on a “7 minute” wait it’s unacceptable. No refund, no apology nothing. I tried calling to make a complaint and they were no help. Not acceptable KFC not at all!
