KFC Byford

Ordered one thing and ended up with a 3 piece box. Chips limp and cold, chicken was dry and cold and potato and gravy cold.
Tried to give me the wrong drink that I didn't want and the young girls serving were robotic.
Not one good thing to say, a bad experience.

Don't even bother, been twice here in 2 months, both times it's been the worst service I've ever had and then you get home and find one or two things missing

Had an excellent feed from there, yet again. This time it was packed and we were still outta there with in 15 minutes

Went there couple nights ago and was informed this store isn’t doing hot and spicy anymore. Wasn’t given a reason why they stopped selling it either.

We ordered a burger feast with plain gravy instead of 1x chips. When we checked our bag, we found 3x chips instead. So we went back to the drive through again and the girl at the speaker only said to drive forward, no sorry or anything and it also looked like she didn't even told the other staff that's packing the order.
While waiting (as there are 2 cars in front of us) the girl at the first window was joined by another guy and they were just using both of their phones and even taking a selfie and also eating icy poles which I find very unprofessional.
When we got to the second window, it took them atleast more than 30 seconds to approach us and ask what was wrong (note that there are atleast 4 staffs standing around and chatting), we told her that we are missing our gravy at our order and she told us that they have run out of both plain gravy and potato and gravy asked us if they can swap it to chips instead, it was also very unusual to run out as it was only past 8pm. And the most annoying part as well was because they didn't told us in the first place that they don't have gravy anymore, they just decided themselves to change it. Tonight's visit at KFC Byford was very disappointing.

Purchased a three piece meal, chips cold, gravy cold as for the three pieces they were wings over coocked and cold, to top this i had to watch a young person wiping there nose as they served chips

Went to dine in and the restaurant was really dirty all the seats and tables and chicken crumbs/food rubbish through out the restaurant. Couldn’t find a clean spot to sit so cleaned a table and seats myself.

Nice service but the restaurant could do with a clean incase people come to dine in, the amount of food rubbish and crumbs was overwhelming

Went and order some takeout through the drive through we asked for fresh fries and no mayo on a original recipe combo meal, when we got our meal the fries were cold and gross, the burger was smothered in mayo and had cheese on it? And my tatters and gravy was COLD. The only thing good about this meal was the semi cold solo and sunkist

This is the worst KFC in WA. There's always a problem with the order and always running out of spicy chicken.

Toilets were so filthy that I didn't use them. One cubicle was locked with no one inside and the other was disgusting. Floor in shop unclean.

Worst service ever, order at 8pm and asked to park as they had to cook fresh nuggets ok not a problem still at 8.16pm no order went it they didn't even acknowledge that I was there until I said excuse me then when I said what the problem was I had to repeat myself and the order 3 times then when I asked for a refund I had to repeat my order again, you need new management and staff, this is not the first time I have had issues at this store and everytime I give them a go you still stuff it up, looks like I am going back to KFC Haynes

Edit December 2022: Forgot $10 worth of sides, no response from the store.

Edit Sep 2022: Always forgetting items or extras paid for. It's a shame I like the food, service still average and seeing recent reviews is getting worse.

Order prioritization is terrible. Waited 20 minutes for a burger box. The young kids out the front desk were struggling to keep up and seemed really flustered. Not their fault, they need some more training. Food borderline cold when received also
Drive thru crew were doing well

Lots of staff, not much customer service happening. Staff seemed more intent in chatting to each other and a group of friends who were in the store.

Tables were dirty, only one clean table in the store to sit at.

Every time we’ve gone to this kfc they’ve either gotten our order wrong or given us stale and old food.
I understand there’s teenagers and newbies but every single time they’ve gotten something wrong like cmon pick up your game. Clearly got a few bad reviews wouldnt you try and fix that

Asked to add 2 pieces of chicken to my meal. The cashier advised she was new at her job and she would have to ask her Manager to assist her with this addition. After she walked around the back of the store to ask for her managers assistance, we all heard her say "There are 2 rude men at the counter wanting to make a complaint, you need to deal with it because I don’t like the energy". Um what? ! Following her managers assistance, she was extremely rude when it came time to pay the only words she could muster up before rudely walking away was "PAY". Food was good, her service was just bulls**t to be honest.

21/10/22 I had a voucher for a order that was a little wrong so I went to the Mandurah KFC and they wouldn't except it and I had to go to work away and it had expired so on my way back I dropped in and spoke to the manager he was really nice and had no problem for filling out the order he didn't have to and I was very grateful so to I thank not just for that but your performance and how you deal with such matters keep up the good work

Worst food poising in of my life. Had chicken and chips last night but couldn’t finish as my stomach began to hurt. Woke up to incredible stomach pains causing me to vomit twice AND have diarrhea. My stomach has been hurting the whole day today and I feel so nauseous, definitely won’t be eating here again.

Went to get 2 large chips, chips came brown and almost rotten, rang them so we could get fresh chips and they gave us the same chips!

Really hit and miss with these guys, food is either great and fresh with salted chips or chewy chicken burger and no salt on my chips at all

Poor customer service, was ignored when we walked in. Waited 20min for half filled chips and missing items. Good luck calling them as they never answer. Have never seen such depressed staff in my life.
