Worst service. Long wait time. Not one table was clean to sit down and eat. Wouldn't recommend

Waited over half an hour for cold chips
At one stage a 10/11 yr old boy told the girl behind the counter to serve someone who had been standing there for 15 min without service at all
Very bad will not be going back

Always stop by here when the kids have soccer in the area. Friendly staff and the food has always been hot and fresh. If only the Bunbury stores could do this.

Ordered and paid for 2 zinger stackers got these after waiting 15 mins at the drive through. Called the store who sent us to another site where we will have to wait for an answer.

Took the grandkids for dinner.their choice and it was fine
Someone needs to wipe down tables ocationally

The original chicken had no taste and its extremely salty batter fell completely off the meat, dangling and limpy when I tried to eat it. Chips were soggy and limpy too.

Very bad 25 minute wait with 2 cars in front in drive thru when I said something he just shrugged his shoulders with no reply.the burger was terrible cold dry old and yuk i won't be going her again

Worst kfc I’ve ever had. The chicken was so dry and hard. Feels like put in the warmer for 1 day. The chips was not even cooked properly. Still can feel raw potato. KFC grandpa will definitely be angry if he is still alive.

Some staffs customer service was poor, they had a don't care attitude, my three piece feed was two wing's and a small piece of thigh, chips were cold, O thought it came with a coleslaw, mine didn't. This is not my first bad experience in this establishment.

This place is terrible I'm never going there again I got a 2 piece feed in hot and spicy and they gave me original and no chips! I wish I could give it a zero what a waist of money! >: (

We went there after 9, didn't expect much because usually that time of night food is not great. Happy to report ours was probably the best KFC we've had in a while everything was so fresh and hot and not thrown together.thankyou

Four visits in last 6 months, 4 substandard meals, incorrect items, missing items, no sauces, cold food, hard food. One rude manager.

Drove 15km into town and the place is closed at 8pm when it says open till 10pm thanks for wasting my time and money driving all the way here.

The most disgusting chicken I have ever purchased.couldn't even swallow it. I think it was sitting on the shelf too long, it tasted off.

If i could give this kfc zero stars I would. The cleanliness is disgusting. It's not hard to wipe down a table or clean the floor. The bathroom is often without out toilet paper or soap!

I had online order but after waiting 15 mins in the car park I still not received my orders. After my complaints, the girl questioned me “ are you sure you didn’t receive your orders? ”……

Food overall is fine but it’s getting annoying that every time I order the zinger box I don’t receive a napkin and spoon

Went to this outlet for the first time last week (just moved here permanently from Perth) ordered 6 pieces of traditional chicken, Large potato and gravy and Large coleslaw. When we got home discovered NO coleslaw and six pieces of very small poorly cooked chicken definitely not worth almost $16. That just for the chicken!
Compared to numerous outlets in Perth (some very good and some not) none as expensive or as bad as this outlet The docket was clear enough.
Need some competition. Hopefully one will be generated nearer Vasse in the not to distant future. Will not go their again, even though Kentucky is my favourite takeaway food. Aussie Pom

I really enjoy coming here for the Fast service. Floor & area clean, everything was delicious and the staff amazing. I give 5 starts and will come back for sure

Very fast drive through although ran out of thighs and chicken legs only hot and spicy available
