KFC Bunbury South

Drive thru is very tight for even mid sized car. Obvious damage from cars over time. They really need to adjust it. Dont go in with large car.
Otherwise food is typical kfc and is good

Absolute ridiculous ordered a burger and fries that wasn't delivered to me, filled out a complaint form and wasn't spoken to will be going in Saturday morning for a refund

Food was good but one of the dirtiest stores I've been to, bathroom sink was too dirty to wash hands and food on tables floor and seats

Get some decent workers or close the place down. I had to remind them to do my order. Always a stuff up here

Firstly, let me say the chips were salted to perfection. The eating experience along with the euphoric feeling that swept over me gave me the same feeling as a mother looking at her newborn. May I just say, if you want to be satisfied in all ways, please go to this KFC. Youre salted Chippies will forever have a special place in my heart. Thank you South Bunbury KFC

Thankyou for the meal that has made my husband extremely sick my husband ate two pieces of chicken I didn’t eat it as I just had the god awful chips that tasted like over heated cooking oil put me off my meal, we ordered family feast the chicken was Off, check your fridges and date your food stop reheating it to make a buck you’re making people sick.

Love the great friendly kind hearted people. They just make it a wonderful and joyful environment. The people that were served were thrilled just like me and my mate ️ very fast service and great quality food

I'm willing to bet that this KFC is the worst in WA. Absolutely horrible, waited 25 minutes for online order and store was practically empty. No urgency whatsoever, and especially by the short girl at the counter. She needs to be fired. When we finally got the food, it was at an unsatisfactory standard. Will never step foot in this store again.

Was this a joke? My elderly parents ordered drive through and it was so dry, inedible and disgusting and they rang the store to say so. They were told by a manager to come in to store and receive up a refund. I went in to pick up this refund for them and was accused of being a liar and a scammer and the phone call and come in for a refund never took place. Ha ha honestly got better things to do with my time than going around trying to scam a business for $31. Losers! Your business has so many 1 star reviews time to start having a look at yourself

Just woow. I don't think I've ever experienced such a bad customer service. I understand that it might not be a dream job but the attitude of the young girl who was taking orders was really awful. I thought she is going to punch me when I asked how much 3 pieces of chicken cost because I couldn't see it on the menu.
Then she started to argue with a poor uber eats driver who was waiting for his order nearly half an hour and wanted to know how long it's gonna take to get the food ready.
If I was a manager of this branch, I would never let this young angry teenager work there even if it's the last person in the world.

Avoid this store. Just ordered a three piece box.yuck.chicken dry and not edible, chips rock hard, dry roll and potato and gravy half filled and dry. If this was a one off I'd ignore it but I've been a few times and it doesn't appear to matter always awful. I'd give 0 star if I could. Lift your game.won't be back

This kfc is horrible with customer service.refused to serve customers when understaff.i understand how busy it gets but always serve customers first, then continue making the order.the manager on duty was not out helping and only came out to give me a refund and disappeared into the back.horrible customer service would not recommend

Ordered on the app and notified in-store pickup! 4 customers who ordered in store after my presence got their meals before I did! It’s as if the staff aren’t aware of online orders. Bunch of young kids laughing and playing while the place is dirty and the line of customers is getting longer!
Very unprofessional and unhygienic in compare to other branches and other fast food chains…

Did online order, went into store and waiting in line for ages while staff just looked at us, not serving us. Once I gave them my order number I waiting for about an hour, asked how much longer and got reply waiting on the wrap, waited another 15 minutes still nothing so asked for my money back. Bad service KFC!

Good quality food service a little slow we were only people in store they must focus on drive through or delivery service first i suppose

Ordered 2 large chips through drive through only got one, asked to pay for another and they said i had to give my phone to them or walk in and pay at the front. Hot day and had a dog with me so went elsewhere

I love standing still for 20 minutes at the register for someone to finally serve me, seems like they prioritise the menulog and uber eats before in store customers

Worst I've ever had. Slow service, cold meals, stale bread and chicken. Will definitely not go back ever.

Have been here 10+ times in the last year and EVERY SINGLE TIME the muppets that work here have forgotten to give us any sauce at all. Absolutely useless

Been there 4 times and have left angry every time, get told 15 minute wait on zingers, whatever, get told to wait out the front, wait half an hour go back instore and they haven't even started making it yet, back to my car, got given small chips instead of large, and original chicken instead of spicy, weeks later go there for a door dash order and watch the dopey eyed 14yo walk in slow motion to prepare my delivery, took them 15 minutes to assemble a door dash order, actual monkeys
