I placed by order the guy who served me snatched the money from my hand.
After about 12 mins all he had made was one of my chips, he hadn't done the other 2 or packed my other items.
I asked on the wait time and he said 10 mins so I asked for a refund, then the manager came out and said they burgers have been made so I said il wait, though I still had to wait a few mins for the other items to ba packed.
When I got home I realised the 6 nuggets where missing.

Apparently a three piece pack is two small drum sticks and a small chicken wing.

This is the only place I’ve ever been where the staff completely ignore you AND THEN are completely rude when they finally get around to serving you.

You can order then sleep for 9 hours and by the time you wake up the food will still be cooking

This is without a doubt the worst KFC in Perth. Rude staff, terrible customer service skills, awful team communication, always close earlier than expected and they always run out of chicken. Don't waste your time and money, look elsewhere.

Girl at front said we ran out of all stock except chicken popcorn and they still had one hour left for closing I told her to call manager she told the same thing but it was showing available online.

This store is the worst KFC in the world. 3 times I have been told there will be a wait on chicken for at least 20 mins 1st time I waited 30. Next 2 times I asked for a refund what's worse is they do not tell you this until after you have paid making it feel like a scam. All the other times the orders have been wrong from missing items to totally different burgers. It is worth the 10 min drive to ellenbrook as it ends up being quicker. If I was the Colonel I would sack the mannager

9 pm on a Monday 10/07/23, drive through, no burgers, no chicken pieces, only chicken nuggets and wraps available….

The food was alright, but the place inside was horrible and greasy. Crumbs of chicken everywhere. Even the bathrooms don't look hygienic at all. I don't think they clean the inside at all. They always forget our orders and one time they didn't give us our 20 nugget order. They even forgot the potato and gravy. The service is so slow. Without a doubt, one of the worst Kfc places in Wa.

Worst KFC in Australia. Was poisoned here, was very sick for 3 days. Haven't had KFC since.

With out doubt the worst KFC store in WA. They usually don't have half the menu on offer, request cash constantly because their eftpos is down for the 5th time that week. Service is poor, for example, 15 minute wait for a small popcorn chicken and never have potato and gravy. If I was the franchisee, I would be hanging my head in shame.

Poor service was waiting in line for 25 mins just for couple of thing while there was only two worker doing thing and the other workers just sitting down doing nothing

Worst kfc in perth. Always out of stock. Customer service is atrocious. Ordered one thing and the cashier did not get a single thing right haha! I pity the franchisee and the kfc brand.

By far the worse kfc. Happended so many times we go around dinner time and it’s always out of everything.

Food was hot and fresh. Store is clean and well designed. Customer service was good. Things to improve on is mixing the salt through fresh chips so that you don't have some chips caked in salt and others completely absent, more than one wet wipe is required for multiple orders, and there are no trays for dine in.

Exceptionally poor customer service. Couldn’t sell me potato and gravy, as they were “out of gravy” for the day: O. Had to repeat my order several times, failed to read back my order at the window and then was handed my food by a black shirt manager as I drove up to the window with a “here you go”. GREAT SERVICE, NOT! This KFC is a disgrace to the brand

I drove through and no one was attending at the window. Had to drive again around until waiting for a few minutes, had not choice but to press the horn and their words were that I was rude for pressing the horn. Like seriously? What I am supposed to do? Wait for how long?

No wonder why so many bad reviews.

Says it opens at 10am arrived at drive through at 10.15am not opened went to main doors they were still locked this is the second time i have gone there and not opened. Bet the owners would be happy to know there business is losing money.

All not good. Can’t even call to complain. Every time I go has been a problem. Yuk food yuk service.
