Fantastic service during a very busy period. Staff were precise and thorough with their work.

Made an app order and stated I was inside the restaurant, continued to wait 20 mins then asked a staff member about the order and she then made it in 2 mins after I’d waited 20 mins inside making eye contact with many staff. Terrible service considering I stated it through the app and they would’ve seen the order there for 20 mins.

Order was wrong supposed to be hot and spicy 1 piece burnt won't go back again worst 3 piece box I have ever received

Not happy with our food tonight, food was cold, missing chips and a dinner roll also drink was in a can when it was a large meal
My partner called 3 time and so did I do that’s 6 calls and not once answered not the first time they have stuffed up our order

No taste no chicken inside only taste of oil I can't believe it still people don't know how to cook chicken

Absolute bunch of useless people. Incapable of getting an order correct at this stage they’re just stealing my money.

I went through drive through on a Wednesday night and was greeted by a lovely girl who listened to my order and repeated it correctly the first time. When we got to the window to pay Charlotte was friendly and efficient as we drove to the next window to pick up our food she again served us with a smile and our food was packed and ready to go quickly. Great customer service

Stupid servies raders awlays wrong now quanity almost to none and over charged for large meal but then get given an small

Swung by to grab a late dinner at 9pm. Was a bunch of rowdy kids, which is sadly par for the course. What was shocking was them hopping in and swinging over the counter to grab stuff while staff laughed. And as a bonus, after waiting about 15 minutes for my order, they gave me the wrong sides.

Got there right on knock off time. Great customer service, served me with a very happy attitude. Best customer service ever. Thanks very much I'll be back again soon and not so late. The food was perfect just to make it even better:)

I hardly ever receive what I ask for. Its very frustrating. I asked for the 3 piece feed, (I was wanting the one with the potato and gravy and bread roll. But I got just chicken.

Amazing service from certain staff members, went with a friend. I ordered a tenders box and it was hot and fresh, an imcompetent trainee accidently forgot my drink however an absolute superstar whos name tag read Catherine fixed the issue within 30 seconds and that made me day completely. She also had great customer service skills and was polite unlike other fast food teenagers who I have served me in the past.

Very friendly staff, especially this specific server, I believe their name was Catherine based on their name tag. Amazing server! And great packing, none of my food was cold or squashed.

My experience was diffently 5 of of 5. The staff was super helpful in anyway thecould possibly be. As l do not like salt on my fries, the staff were on top of it straight way. As if l had never caused and incident in the kitchen. All the staff was polite and very helpful (especially if you have a brain hi_cup and forget what you were ordering. Great place for a quick snack, pick up items for a picnic lunch or even a lovely dinner to take to a nice park/ beach. 10 out of 10, for a good night out for the whole family.

This place is the best, they always have amazing food and never miss my cravings and a special thank you to jade their manager for making life so much easier for me.

Hi there our local kfc and i can say neatly every time we go there chicken is missing from the order so frustrating we pay for a product and its missing and like another review store never answer there phone have had some luck by contacting the kfc head office but really make the effort

Great restaurant, love the food and the interior. Stephen at the front counter was very patient and helpful. Excellent experience.
