KFC Beechboro

The chicken was nice, hot and tender. TV was on which is nice. Chips were a bit overcooked and dry. They did not kick me out for eating for too long:)

Very long wait ~20-30 min during busy times. Inconsistent in food quality. The workers seem like they’re doing their best - maybe need a senior manager or more kitchen equipment. The food ranges from inedible to delectable depending on the day. Restaurant is nice on the interior, though weirdly cold. Recommend ordering ahead and avoiding delivery services as everything gets weirdly soggy.

Food was so bad, ordered mixed fiest, chicken was drenched in oil, tenders were dry and looked like they were cooked hours ago. Had to throw it, as it was so bad.

Missing food, food wasnt hot, waited so long (30 minutes for take away, should of ordered through uber eats) and looked like uber eat took priority over all walk in customer.

The chick or dude (not surethat’s managing this store is a bit of a power tripping tool. Store has an attitude problem from top down. This isn’t fast food, quite the opposite - slow and uncoordinated. Not much flexibility to adapt to customers needs, system seems rigid.

Owner needs to review team.

They not check the order
They missing items from the order
Food was not hot enough as it should be (I am ex kfc middle East (financial controller for 32 years)

Man this place sucks! I really dreaded my experience at KFC Beechboro. The staff are really Gucci so they get a star, but when I saw the manager with Karen cut, she really put me off! I can't wait to go home and cry.

Cancelled my order after waiting half an hour because they were closing in 5 minutes even when I placed the order well before they closed guess my family's having mcdonalds for dinner pathetic

Ordered online throught the KFC app 45 minutes before they were due to close.
Order was accepted. And then only 5 minutes before the store closes did they decide to cancel the order.
Absolutely disgusting service

We had a delivery for a Giant Feast meal & the burger box meal. It all arrived in one bag. Both family meals squashed into one bag. Chips were spilt. Pulled out the 2 squashed boxes with the half n half chicken pieces. All pieces were a majority of wings and the other pieces, were worst pieces ever. Not even a drumstick, breast or thigh. The burgers were squashed and anything in a box were no longer in the box.
This was our last family dinner in together before we flying out to work, and very disappointed that we spent good money, only to receive bad food, bad packaging with zero care factor. KFC Beechboro, please do better. A little care goes a long way.

Bought fries and took home few mins drive tepid and tasteless won't go there again. Plenty of staff but poor service they appeared disinterested in their customers.

If I could give no stars I would. This has to be by far the worst kfc in perth lately. These guys were good before but now everything about this place is terrible. The food is atrocious now. Everything is cold. I asked for fresh chips got cold chips instead. Everything was cold. Come on guys it isn't hard to make some fresh chips. They were not even busy. The service is terrible but on some occasions it is alright. Not to mention the wait time is soo long. Please avoid this store as much as possible. I don't ever want to go back there unless there is improvement in that store.

The good was soggy the manager didn’t even say sorry it will be the last time that i go there and they took 20 minutes to refund my money!

I had the worst chicken burger combo for $! 0.45 ever, small roll smaller pc chicken, no serviettes.bottle Pepsi no straw and no Cup and no Ice. Next door HJ's has bigger roll bigger pc chicken Cup and straw for drink, with ample ice, and serviette and less than KFC Price. When I called the Manager Jacinta, only 2nd day in The Job and when I said I was going to report this failure on many counts, to her Credit she showed some distress and refunded my costs and supplied some replacement chicken pcs, which somewhat eased my grievances. Do not know how you can operate in the summer without an ice machine. Every one likes ice in their drinks. Please note and confirm thanks

Unfortunately ordered Zinger box advertised as burger with hot and boneless side pieces. Got 3 small bits of chicken, all with bones and a burger, whilst having Zinger on the wrapper, had no Zing that's for sure. Disappointing

Stay out of here. Wait time is 30mins, and staff are rude, telling me my order will NOT be ready for a while and dont know when.

Very slow service, need to make sure they have everything they need before they even start making the order otherwise It just sits ther and goes cold

Been coming to this store few times for the buckets sometimes I got lucky, sometimes no luck just like today I ordered 12 pieces and found 7 tiny wings in the bottom of the bucket and because of this you got 1 star. I literally was thinking of going back and throw them wings at the person who did my order but I drove off way too far. And also Tender Chicken is extremely salty! My suggestion is CHECK your buckets before drive off and good luck guys. This store has become one of the worst KFC, shame.

Had KFC tonight, chicken was very very dry and uneatable Been there for long time! Wasn't up to standard at all. Threw my order out.

And why is it that the Original pieces are 1/2 the size of Hot and Spicey? Feeling RIPPED OFF.
