KFC Banksia Grove

Once again my order was messed up
I ordered a chicken tender box and 3 chicken tenders and I only had four in the box when I got home
Every time I get a takeout something is wrong is there an manager in this outlet?

To the lovely lady with the gorgeous make-up and fake lashes. Please roll your eyes to me after I’ve payed… Thank you.

Seems like the price keeps going up and the quality going down! Spent almost $60 on food today and half of it was cold, the nuggets looked like they had been microwaved, and I paid almost $6 for a regular gravy that I never received. The only thing working for them is the delivery service through Menulog. I will never order from Banksia Grove KFC again.

Completely dissatisfied with the food recieved tonight. Gave this mob another go after a previous bad experience.
Ordered the 3 piece which turned out to be 3 pieces of chicken each piece no bigger than my thumb.
Small portion of fries (smallest I have ever seen)
Now sat here starving still wishing the chippy was open.
1 out 10 KFC and that's only for the excellant service from the kids you employ

Went to order was greeted by silence, no hello can I help you, just looked at me so I walked out. I'm 54. Disgusting service

Takes too much time. Stayed in the Drive through lane for around 15-20 mins and Then the order was missing items. Tried to charge me twice as well. Paid more than 30$ for the order and came home with half order which they missed from the order. Manager should take notes or should be replaced obviously considering all the reviews here.

I order for delivery, but its not complete, i ordered fried night feast, but the 8pcs chicken tender is not in the box, my kids love those. So disappointed kfc Banksia

Manager should take a lesson in customer service and quality control. Worst meal ive had in years with items stale or missing and no help whatsoever.

Everytime we come here, there is always something missing. ALWAYS sauces missing, nuggets, tenders and large tubs of gravy

Never had a completed order here!

By far the worst Fast-food restaurant experience i have had too date.
Got the zinger box, with an additional original piece of chicken added.
Waited nearly 25mins for the food to be brought out (dining in).
Checked the order because you just have too these days.no wicked wings. So I said to the lady serving me that she had forgotten the wicked wings, she rolled her eyes back in her head as if it just ruined her whole day and had inconvenienced her. Snatches the box from me and adds the wings. No apologies might I add.
I sit down to finally eat and notice ohh they have given me a chicken nugget by accident. No that's my piece of chicken.
But to top all this off by this stage i notice I'm also missing a potato nd gravey. So I approach the service table again and mention.sorry I think you forgot the potato and gravey.she proceeds to tell me that my order doesn't come with one. So without saying anything I just point at the board with the zinger box on it until she looks and say well what's that.
She then says no definitely put one in there. After a back and forth she admits defeat and storms back to the kitchen, I can see her waving her hands to co workers acting like I'm trying to scam them. Comes back to the service desk and chucks it on the table turns around and walks off, no a word was said.
All I wanted was to receive the items I paid for.
It's literally not that hard!

Food was over cooked or stale. Manager was rude and not helpful. Missing half of what was ordered and claimed it wasnt their problem and wouldn't offer any assistance.

Very fast and nice service.
Went through drive through and was greeted immediately, and they still gave me time to decide on what to get.
Got out within 2minutes

Place is mess, disorganised, staff handing out food to their friend for free before customers, spicey chicken finishes on weekdays at 0830 pm and they refuse to cook more chicken only original chicken with nuggets and chips available

Went here twice for zinger burger. Both times the chicken was cold and worse - RAW. I know it’s fast food but this is just pure garbage.

WORST KFC! Soggy chicken no crisp, no seasoning, chicken seems thinner and smaller!
Not the first time iv experienced this from banksia grove, but definitely my last time here!
Highly recommend trying another location, Eating here has put me off eating KFC

Some days the chicken is exceptionally good.
Other days very average.
I don't know if there is any reason for the poor days.

Its extremely rare for this particular KFC to get your order right. They will make up for it with a replacement meal but its beside the point really. The drive thru staff can also be awful at times. Head too Joondalup its worth the 10 minutes.

They gave my meal away to a different person and didn't even realise when I asked where it was.

Plenty of lettuce in W.a keep ya cabbage over east. The worst KFC burger I've had. Chicken had the texture of been raw but looked cooked. 100% takes the cake for worst take away I've had in a while.

We ordered a box of hot and spicy chicken tonight and it was amazing! The recipe must have changed a little as this was the best we have had!
