Drive through was very slow then to make it worst they forgot my tenders (5 piece box)
The original crunch twister was 100% horrible I couldn’t even eat the chicken
Will not be going back there / waste of money

Somebody from head office needs to read the reviews. The bad reviews are so true. We live in Ascot and I would say 4 out of 5 times they have not had chicken available for 20 mins wait. The zinger stacker burgers I order are only 2mm thick dry, tough and over cooked. How can the same store get it so bad over and over again.

Poor service and food quality comparing with other KFC shops. Missing two sides and one drink in one order! Terrible management. Stay away!

I went into this store today. I will never be back! Do not go here! The staff are not nice, the quality of the food is horrible, wait time for food was ridiculous.not to mention the staff members have no care about simple hygiene protocols let alone the basic respect to paying customers. I ordered online prior to entering the restaurant to avoid a long waiting period BUT I had to wait 45 minutes for my order.when I was waiting for my order I asked the staff about the progress and they didn't apologise but threw it in front of me saying "it's right there", when in fact it was put there whilst I was communicating to the manager about the poor service.the manager was very rude and did not apologise at all.in addition to this, the person packing the orders went to use tongs which fell on the ground, until I asked him to use clean ones. I was then faced with disrespect and being taken back at the fact of seemingly being in the wrong for wanting a non floor ridden piece of overcooked chicken. I took the food as it was chucked in front of me rudely and I decided I didn't want to be in this disgusting environment any longer, but when I got home items were missing and my gravy was extremely burnt. Finally, the staff were not apologetic for the wait or the service I received at all. WILL NEVER BE BACK.
I couldn't call to complain as they did not provide a number.
If people aren't going to treat customers with respect they should go find an easier job that doesn't require having to move faster than 2cm a minute to complete the simple task at hand.

This is the slowest working KFC i’ve ever been to.waited 45 mins.worker dropped tongs and then proceeded to pick them up and use them for food- when asked to get new ones he dismissed the customer as if it isn’t a basic consumer right to at least have their food served my semi clean tongs.they ignored customers including me and had to wait 20 mins to be served.never go here.you honestly will regret it.and even after all that my gravy was burnt.

This place can never get it right
We don't normally bother asking them to fix the order
Yesterday got home half my box meal is missing so I rang them let them know said they send email for replacement Nothing comes so this morning I ring again to let them know I haven't got the email for my replacement
Rang few times no answer.

Purchased 2 x Tender box, chicken tenders way overcooked, second time now that I passed this way and received awful chicken overcooked and dry. NOT IMPRESSED won't be back

As soon as I started eating it I thought "why on earth did I think I wanted kfc"! Chips weren't fresh, chicken tasted like it was water injected and wasn't hot or spicy. The whole lot was just foul. I should have supported a local lunch bar!

Numerous times I’ve received the wrong order or items missing, the manager is extremely rude and unprofessional.
Have ordered through Menulog and had burgers missing from the meal.

Went through the drive through earlier today and my sister and I were served my a lovely lady in the pay counter and by a lovely person named Seth when getting our food. They were both so kind and nice and would definitely recommend this place to others

They close on 10pm, but u can't order from app after 9.30pm, and always no chicken and missing the order item.

One of the Best KFC experiences I have ever had the staff were very happy and making jokes and the food was fresh and tasted great

This store has excellent customer service and although rather slow for order. But the chicken was tasty well cooked and the fries delicicious

Lovely zinger burger. Actually tasted fresh. Manager Brad was lovely and service was quick. I live 500m from the maylands store but will be making the trip here for KFC in future.

Poor service.not busy.small order both items cold.if hadnt been going to meeting I would have returned items. 2nd time this place rated poor.no about to re visit or recommend.

Worst KFC.youd think uniformed employees preoccupied on mobile phones behind counter would be against the franchise policies to maintain a exceptable standard for protection of branding & image, (of just the bare minium of being actually attentive to serve customers over the priority of updating their social media status which would be #worklyfe2hard. Makes you start considering further of possible competency levels in general of the food handling skill set standards along with transactional occurrences). Maybe KFC abbreviates to "Kids Facebook Centre". Plus tables & chairs scattered with usual complementary batter crumbs with grease residue of low hygiene cleaning standard which is pretty much expected standard from "any" fast food. THO! The the amount of "dead flies" observed on floor whilst dining in which appeared very unique or literal "pubic hairs" stuffed in bathroom tap button on rinsing hands is such memorable charming touch to 100% never to return here but also to take serious reconsideration of your alternatives not to eat KFC again.totally gross.

Very very bad customer service. FOH looks like they don't want to be there. Food was OK but tenders were as big as my pinky. Not happy. Can't even use their website for customer complaints so here I am

I was totally ignored. When I asked if I could order after 10 mins, the girl turned her back to me and kept doing what she was doing. There was no one else waiting to order and very few in the shop.
