I strongly recommend that you stay well away from this company.
They never communicate with you over your goods on entry and blindly appoint overseas companies passing all excessive charges across to the importer.

We had the idea to ship our lovely car from Oz to Germany after our Work and Travel came to an end. KEYS FREIGHT really helped us with organising the whole adventure and doing all the difficult paperwork.and all of this without any problems.they did a perfect job and did everything to make us happy and get the thing organised.can't tell how many hours they cared and organised for us.

We really appreciate theire effort and can totally recommend to work with them!

Couldnt have been hapier with my decision to use Keys Freight and Logistics to freight to Marine engines from Brisbane to Perth.

I'm not in the frieght game but Simon made the whole process easy and straight foreward.

Price was less than expected so i didnt bother with other quotes. Goods arrived sooner than expected and wrapped and packed better then when i dropped them.

My experience with Keys Freight & Logistics has been quality service all the way. Throughout the process and journey, the team have been responsive and efficient. We required shipping of our personal goods from Australia to Indonesia. We were initially daunted by the task of selecting an international freight company as we had heard a lot of bad stories. During our initial enquiries, Steven from Keys Freight stood out from his competitors due to both his professional yet personal customer service and competitive quotes. Steven oversaw all of our domestic and international requirements, he was constantly giving us updates and providing us with the information we required - he even personally oversaw the repack of our goods into the sea container and ensured everything was packed securely. Knowing that Steven was there, just a phone call away provided the biggest piece of mind that money cannot buy. Steven also worked relentlessly to ensure all of our incurred charges were reasonable. Moving internationally is no easy task, but we are so thankful that we chose Steven and the Keys Freight team to assist us. I cannot recommend them enough.

Having paid to import a vehicle from the UK I was charged an additional 25% of the whole cost of importing my vehicle so to put in to context I paid around $8000 to ship from UK and to then move the vehicle less than 60Kms I was charged over $2000.
I believe the cost of this process was extortionate and quite possibly fraudulent

Great service! They went above and beyond to assist us to get a container delivered after schedule was changed unexpectedly. I was completely amazed by their follow up and commitment to help and container was delivered 20h30 on the day we needed it! Definitely great customer service and can honestly say they exceeded our expectations. You can confidently choose them for your business- you will be in good hands!

I required urgent freight at the height of the Christmas period delivered from Melbourne to Perth. Keys tried many different options, eventually finding a suitable solution that had the product on site right on time and in perfect condition.
Follow up throughout the process was fantastic, and very professional.

Amazing service! My goods arrived quickly and in great condition. They even managed to organise pickup from a remote area in China, which I'd failed to realise was a consideration. Will use for all future shipping/freight requirements!
