Big thank you to Claudia and Sonia at Carine for an absolutely, fabulous afternoon of being pampered and made to feel like a million dollars.

I had a massage today with a lovely lady. She really found all my tight spots and I felt so good and relaxed afterwards. One of the best massages I’ve ever had.

The best experience in facial spa ever. Shanon you have magic hands. My skin feel soo amazing. Thank you so much

Not what it used to be unfortunately. Very disappointed in an average facial treatment - underwhelming experience and overpriced. (Although the lady on reception is lovely). Won’t be going back.

Went in for a rosacea facial and a full body massage. Was left waiting for a while in between the massage and the facial while the next therapist organised herself and the products. She then said that the rosacea facial wasn’t suitable for my skin…because it has rosacea. She said that I needed to do another facial this time and then come back in a few weeks to have the rosacea facial. The whole time I felt like I was being pressured in to buying products even though I had indicated that I was happy with what I currently used. She then spent more time at the end again pressuring me to buy their products. Would not go back. What was meant to be a relaxing time to myself was soured by the continual sales pitches and not actually doing what I had requested.

Unhappy customer. Wife recieved a $200 gift voucher for her 40th and made a booking for a massage in early April. She contracted covid so had to cancel on the same day which obviously wasn't the plan. However, due to a seriously strict cancellation policy and no flexibility to work out a solution the voucher was completely lost. Great customer issue resolution processes. Thanks for the experience Keturah. We would have been happy to work something out with you so all parties were not put out but to no avail.

Cold room, even with a blanket over me. The first 10 minutes of my facial were spent waiting for the staff member to get products and water etc ready for my facial. I’ve had better facials for less cost. Don’t bother.

I have been going to Keturah Carine Glades for the last 3 years regularly as part of their VIP membership. The staff are always friendly and attentive and I have enjoyed my experiences. Would highly recommend!

Should have known taking an available appointment at 3 on a Friday at the Carine salon was not a good idea. After a 30minute wait still- for my therapist (the receptionist kept apologising) I finally had my 1 hour signature facial NOT! I was in there 35 minutes tops I was already on the freeway heading home by 4.23 sorry extremely disappointed won’t be returning

This review was written whilst I was resting in the Relaxation Room drinking tea and completely blissed out after my hot stone massage. What a treat! My therapist, Megan, was super friendly and an exceptional masseuse. This was my first time at Keturah Duncraig and it definitely won't be my last. The whole experience was devine!

I had the pleasure of having a pregnancy massage and facial at Keturah. The service was fantastic and all staff were very friendly. Meghan was my therapist and was very thorough and attentive making sure I was comfortable through out the treatment. I walked out feeling very relaxed and refreshed!

I have read a few reviews commenting on the owner Jemma and had a extremely negative experience with her myself. I can’t comment on the quality of the service, but due to my interaction with Jemma I would never book at this spa and recommend that others avoid it.

She is unprofessional, spiteful and rude. There are many lovely day spa options in Perth I would recommend booking with another spa.

Really dissappointed with this place. Used to go there quite a bit and had plans to start going more regularly, however I made a mistake with a voucher lapsing over COVID and they really didn't seem interested or care. Unfortunately their policies and my personal situation didn't align. It was the complete lack of care that will prevent me (and other family members who used to attend regularly) from going back.

The massage therapist was really lovely and professional. I enjoyed the 90minutes! The only suggestion I have was some of the music that was being played didnt relax me- it had too many lyrics in it and i was just trying to zone out but it was distracting.

My husband treated me to a pregnancy package here, it was relaxing and lovely. They recommended Pevonia products and they have made the biggest difference to my skin

I have been a regular customer for a while now and can't fault the experiences I have had at all! The girls are all highly trained and can answer any questions you have about treatments or products.

I have been elsewhere in the past where I felt as if I was rushed in and out- but Keturah really take the time to make sure you are relaxed.

I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin since starting treatments and the girls were very helpful working to make a routine easy for me to follow.

I have recommended the Carine Glades Spa to my friends on many occasions and will continue to do so.

Keturah Carine is my second home.the moment you walk in you are greeted by Elaine/Tori who are friendly polite and professional. Facials are divine and relaxing, Nikita is very professional and well informed. The girls always accommodate my massage to my request.
I would recommend Keturah and have given vouchers to my friends and family. Keep up the great work ladies!

Booked half a day treatment for a work colleague as a gift. The place was nice and the girls were friendly but the spa was cold and they weren't sure how to heat it. The room for the massage was also very cold which made in hard to relax. To finish off a very average experience there was a lot of pressure put on her to buy products. Her english isn't great and the girls were so pushy she had to ask if she was required to purchase the products. Very disappointing as we had hope to use gift vouchers for this spa as part of a reward program at work.
