Keturah Day Spa

WOW that was my reaction!
I'm super fussy when it comes to Massage and Facials, recently I booked into Keturah Nedlands for a spa treatment. A 1 hour massage followed by a 30 minute facial and I have to say, without doubt, it was the best massage / facial treatment I have ever had.by far! For a start the salon is like a 6 star hotel and the staff made it all about me, I left there feeling completely refreshed. I'll be booking in again.thanks Keturah. "Simply The Best"

Bought a gift voucher for my Mum and she loved it! Friendly staff that were very attentive and the whole venue is very relaxing.

Loved it! I went to Keturah for the half-day Keturah Escape package and I have never felt so relaxed! The staff were fantastic and made me feel at ease straight away. Excellent customer service, luxurious products and I highly recommend it - thanks and I will be back!

5 stars for service during treatment. My therapist Amanda was so thoughtful and kind, she remembered a question I had asked a week ago and had an answer. She had put thought into how I could get the best results from the treatment based on what I wanted and put effort and care into every moment, I felt so spoilt and looked after. Loved it and would highly recommend her. Amazing thank you!

Therapists don't tell you cost of 'extras' during treatment then they charge you without getting your authorisation.terrible customer service when you question the two separate bills you get on your bank statememts!

Yep got the up-sale on a vitamin moisture mask that came out a peel. My face burnt off and I had to take a week off work, was put on steroids by my GP to stop the 5 days of agonising pain. No follow up, no refund, cheers not very much!

Even for a small waxing appointment I was made to feel welcome. My therapist was such a lovely lady. You could tell she just wanted me to feel comfortable and that I was pleased with my treatment. It's such a lovely space too. You enjoy being there.
