Great medical centre. Always go to see dr Sophia ang for medical appointments. Really good doctor

I been coming to this clinic for almost 10 yrs now. My gp is a god send and has always made my health and wellbeing priority. Wait times are sometimes lengthy but im thinking that my gp is treating other patients as priority as she treats me. So I understand that Dr Nahar is very busy. I thank her for her excellent work and also ther rest of the gps at kenwick medical center.

Dr Sophia Ang was excellent. Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind when seeing me after I contracted an upper respiratory virus that had turned bacterial. Practice is neat and well organised. Thank you.

Receptionist has a bad attitude and repeatedly puts you on hold to the point of wanting to book elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very kind and friendly and absolutely saved my bacon on very short notice via telly health referal. The lovely staff went above and beyond to help me and just want to thank them all very much. Truly blessed. Xo you hard workers don't go unnoticed!

I have been there several times and they make you wait 1 hour even if you have an appointment.but it s a good medical centre if you are 70+ because you can have a nice nap during waiting time, NOT RECOMENDED also lady at reception nightmare

I have been to this practice on several occasion and always been met with the same extremely rude reception staff, sour faced woman who treat the general public with distaste and ignorance! Now I go elsewhere.

Had a appointment for 13: 20 arrived at 13: 16 i sat and waited till 1355 when i left Thats 35mins i waited for without seeing a doctor very piss poor. I cant understand if there are a few people waiting fine but if somone has come in and need immediate care the receptionist should advise.

I have been coming to this doc for about 7months and I am really happy staff is amazing and so are the doctors it's a very family doc.:)

Kenwick Medical Centre is an excellent clinic - the reception staff are polite and helpful, the doctors are very thorough and listen carefully to my queries. Could not fault them one bit!

This practice is the worst for service reception staff are arrogant and rude.
Allways make you wait over an hour they should learn to use a phone and tell you they are running late and mabey learn to smile i will not recomend them unless you like to be stuffed around.

While they do regularly run late it is because they do a thorough job, which in my opinion especially for a doctor is very important to give an accurate treatment, I'm sure we would all agree this is in all patients best interests to spend the extra time investigating our needs and issues rather than doctors clock watching during the patients examination time it takes just a second to make a dire mistake
They also call when they know they will be running late
