I remember one of their job well done that I satisfied was the replacement of the air-con compressor, I think it's summer that time and I'm really happy how they care and replaced it by a new one, I feel again the freezing air-conditioning.

Unprofesional and not skilled mechanics in workshop. Don't make a mistake to use this work shop for service or repair, you will be wasting your time and risking your car. I went to this workshop for a scratch noise while starting the vehicle. They told me they can fix that issue in 2 days but they took more than 5 weeks not genuine. I ringed and messaged every day to get the status of my car very unprofessional service. I spent $2500 and the worst part is they didn't do a proper job. They told after getting this $2500 its related to engine and they told me its because of previous engine oil service they used low quality oil. I was frustrated at the end and took to the other reliable mechanic they solved in 30 mins with just $80.

Never make a mistake taking your car to this mechanics. Brought my Mercedes so they can fix oil leaks. Was told it will take a week but trust me that was just a lie it took almost a month (more than 3 weeks). The owner started avoiding me everytime I show up at the workshop to inquire about my car. Nothing was fixed, I ended up hiring a tow truck to take it to a reliable mechanic. They messed up the coolant pipe started leaking coolant which it never used to. Still regrets taking my car to this mechanic shop. What a bad experience

Every time I bring my car in for services I will be asked to change my break. It happened many times until I took my car to a different mechanic and was told nothing happened to my car. Other things happened, I was charged that wasn't right. I will not recommend it to anyone even my enemy. I wanted to call police at some point but decided to let it go.

I went there for regas for my car aircon on 9th Nov 2021.they regas my car’s aircon.i asked them what happen the guy said there was no gas inside and no leakage as well. I said it’s ok now they said yes.i paid $142.01.after that I did use aircon in my car.after 5 months the car’s aircon stop cooling, I don’t have time to go there around 5 months and that time also winter here.so I went yesterday, I tell them story, the guy who was sitting on reception, he said this is not our responsibility, if u want again regas then book the appointment.so I th is no worth to book the appointment with these. Guys.one of my friend he also regas from another shop he said the gas for aircon no need to refill long time once u done, he said long time ago i regas it’s still no problem.i don’t know this kenwick auto guys said even in brand new car u have to regas every 2 years. It was very bad experience with me. I really disappointed with these guys.i recommend to people don’t go there.they don’t even listen to customer.some one already told me go there but I don’t listen that guy, maybe he got bad experience already that’s why he was recommending me.so if u guys want waste your money n time that go otherwise don’t go there

This is the only place I would take my car, and am always very pleased with the service and the price. I knew Sam Kuga for several years before he opened Kenwick Auto Repairs, and can vouch for his integrity and ethics in all aspects of his life. It is comforting to know that now all my car problems will be in his capable hands. And I love the little yellow courtesy car!

These guy’s are the best. I had to have my engine replaced and major work done on my a/c. From start to finish Sam kuga kept me involved with every step. Everday I received a call from him with an update. I was never made to feel like I was just another customer. Very professional and caring crew. These guy’s are the only mechanic I will go to.

Very good service. The owner and head mechanic Sam Kuga is approachable, helpful and patient. He will not sell or do something to that is not needed. He is not like other mechanics where you don't feel the client service and you just pay. Highly recommend the shop. I have been going back ever since?

I have used this business for last 2years, Just recently took my car for service and compliance aircon heater doesn't work, they said fixed it heater works and charged me, next day I phoned heater doesn't work, they wouldn't given time to bring back my car, it's cold winter time hard to drive car in morning. Better stay away this business they didn't good customer service. Still I haven't fix yet heater my car.

Dodgy mechanic, very bad customer service.
I won't recommend it.
Will never come back again.
