7Very good stay, lovely helpful owners who really thought of every detail. Beautiful short walk to swan river and coffee shops. Free busses very close. Very highly recommend.
Beautiful older style building but when you step thru the door of unit the only way to describe it is palacial.
The caretakers/hosts Rod&Anne are an absolute wealth of knowledge. The unit was just like home.
Highly recommended and extremely close to city and easy to get around.
Very comfy and strategic location. Just a few minutes walk to busses that goes to the city or towards Claremont/Freo/Subi. I loved my stay experience at this place everytime I'm here. The rooms and furniture are always kept at tip top conditions and everything is clean and just at the right spots. A quiet and calm environment too as it is located beside UWA. Good distance to Broadway Shopping mall. It is my one stop for snacks and meals whenever I am too lazy to go too far away. The owners are very freindly too. Looking forward to my next stay here again.
This place is suitable for short-term accommodation. If you want to visit UWA and need a nearby place, this is for you. However I guess it's rent is a bit higher.
I have stayed in lots of the short term rented apartments in this area and Kenata is the best so far. Not excessively luxurious, but everything you need and spotlessly clean. Ideal if you are visiting UWA.

Really comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped apartment, every detail is considered, including fast free WiFi, and everything you need is here. Close to local shopping centre and just a short walk to the Swan River. Rod and Anne are very welcoming and friendly. Why stay in a hotel when you can have a big well equipped apartment with kitchen, washing machine, patio, etc? Very strongly recommended!
