Great service and honesty. Was told i needed four tyres at a car service but staff at Kelmscott Tyrepower informed me only two were needed when they could easily have put on four and charged me.

Very helpful and polite as usual, Dennis, came out to see what I was trying to explain, told me what I should do, so back inside to get quote, expecting to have a heart attack, well no need to worry, he remembered that we get our tyres there, and he told me the quote, and I booked it in right then and there. I would totally recommend that if you are not sure about your tyres or needs new one's this is the place to go.

Incompetent, I dropped off my lawnmower wheel and new tube to have the tube installed. Was told it was a small job and could pick up next day. When I went to pick up the wheel, it was laying on the floor with the tire next to it. I was told they punctured the tube and damaged the tire beat. The rim was also damaged and need straighten. Now I am up for a new tire and tube.
No apology. I recommend to take your work elsewhere as they are incompetent to even do the simple jobs.

Went to this store today last minute and the service and help I got from Dennis was absolutely outstanding. He went over and above to help me and what he done for me was well and truely more than what he had to do. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone that needs any type of service to do with their tyres.

They won't back the customer when it comes to making a dollar. He will explain away poor quality tyres that won't hold air when it's obviously a manufacturing defect

My Mum went to the Kelmscott Tyrepower to get a slow leak fixed. Turned out that it was a cluster of nails in all the tyres. Thanks to the friendily, knowledgable staff my mum was able to replace all four tyres for the price of two else where. If there is ever a place to go to get your tyres look no where else; there the best we have ever been too.
