Kellie, has been extremely helpful to me. She is very genuine, caring and she encouraged me to make a commitment to self-care and to focus on the positive changes I could make during this time. She has taught me its ok to focus on myself every now and then instead of my family 24/7
She also helped me with personal issues with my partner. Helped put a spark back in our relationship.
Her approach to therapy worked for me and I would highly recommend her services.
We do zoom meetings and I feel very comfortable opening up to her.
