Keiki Early Learning

We have just completed our 2nd full week at Keiki Catalina with our little one and could not be happier with the start we have had!
Before getting started we were welcome to do as many orientation sessions as we wished til we felt comfortable which meant a lot.
On our first official day we received the most thoughtful welcome pack. Such a beautiful touch.
Judith and her team front office have been so attentive with waitlist updates, all the administration that came with joining and any questions we’ve had.
Bernie, Grace, Morgan, Harriet and Jessele in the baby room have been absolutely amazing! The time they’ve taken with our girl in trying to get to know her and her routine, what she enjoys and doesn’t enjoy just to build up her trust they really do care. I feel there’s a bond with them already as she’s kicking with delight in my arms and has a big smile when we say good morning to them. Although still not wanting to say goodbye to Mum just yet the support I feel as I leave is very reassuring. Through the day they update the app with every part of her day and we can check in at any time to see how she’s been doing.
The chef and his team have been very accommodating with our little ones needs and we’re so grateful for that!

From the first day, we entered Keiki Catalina, my hubby, and I had a good gut feeling about this centre. Since then we have been nothing but amazed at the attentiveness, care and friendliness of all the carers at the centre, especially in the nursery. Our little one, always has a smile ear to ear when we collect her and is always happy when we drop her off. Thanks to the team Keiki Catalina for making our first experience with a day care centre a positive one. Very happy family.

When we discovered Keiki Catalina, all of our worries about choosing a daycare disappeared, even though we had a premature baby with health issues. We experienced such a warm welcome and were helped with all of our worries.
When we mentioned that our son was anaemic, they reassure us that they would make sure that iron would be placed in his daily meals, the centre was also happy to research some of our baby's medical condition so they can have a better understanding and to provide the best care for him.
Bernie the nursery room leader has been so welcoming and my son just adores her, which has made my transition of going back to work easier, just by knowing that he is being watched by amazing room staff! Getting the hourly/daily updates on their app sets my mind at ease through my work days.
Keiki Catalina has become my sons second home, and for that I will always be grateful!

My twins go to Keiki Catalina and literally run out of my arms into the arms of the educators in the babies room. I can’t explain how nice it is to know your babies are content while I’m at work. Thank you to all the amazing educators, especially Bernie and Grace.

We absolutely love Keiki Catalina. At first we were hesitant about sending our 10 month old to any daycare at all but as soon as we went on a tour and met the lovely staff all of our worries were put to rest.

Bub is now 17 months old and absolutely loves going to the centre. He always has a wide variety of exciting and fun activities planned for his day, and beautiful home cooked meals through the day. We can log on anytime to see what he’s eaten, how he’s slept, everytime a nappy is changed or sunscreen is applied. We also get to see lots of fun photos/videos of the day he’s had. The educators are all fantastic and keep to our schedule so that we have a standard routine.

The mum/dad guilt we had in the early days relating to daycare had all but gone and that’s in large part to the centre and their amazing team.

We love Keiki Catalina! We wouldn’t trust any other team to care for and teach Charlotte the way they do. The Educators communication with us about all aspects of her development, learning and day to day activity let’s us know she is in safe hands and she also has so much fun. Also a special mention to the amazing Centre Coordinator Judith who is always so warm and welcoming when you come in and so helpful with any questions you may have. Thank you Keiki Catalina team!

I would highly recommend Keiki Catalina. The educators in the Bindi Bindi room are always smiling and welcoming to our son and our family. The girls are so patient and caring with him and we appreciate their efforts so much. He loves coming to daycare and chatting about all the lovely educators who spend so much time creating fun and engaging activities for him and his friends. We feel confident leaving our son in the care of the team.

I absolutely love this centre, both my children attend this service and all the rooms they have been in I have had the most wonderful experience - the educators are lovely and always have the best anecdotes to tell me about my child.
The office team is very understanding and always so accommodating.

Our daughter has been attending Keiki Catalina for the past year and a half and we honestly are so thankful we chose Keiki! The educators and staff in the centre go above and beyond and the time and care that they take to nurture our daughter has not gone unnoticed! We honestly cannot fault the centre! It is beautifully presented, the communication we receive throughout the day of updates about our daughter is thorough, the food provided to the kids is incredible and the education and learning activities she engages in are well thought out by the educators in her room. Highly recommended this daycare if you are in the area!

We absolutely love Keiki Catalina and highly recommend the centre to anyone looking to put their child into daycare. The educators have taken the time to really get to know our daughter and her likes, dislikes, quirks, soothing techniques and everything in between. It is clear they make her feel comfortable, safe and loved as she’s always happy when she is there! We’re always kept up to date with any changes to the centre or policies and any issues with our daughter. They utilise an app to update us on the daily happenings within the room which helps put me ease while at work. Overall, Keiki Catalina is a great centre with excellent staff and we are so grateful to have a place there!
