The practice was excellent, I loved it!

Very blessed to have found Corne to help with my daughter’s toe walking damage. She has been guiding her one on one with the most sincere compassion as we attempt to gain awareness around her calf muscles and feet. Massaging her, teaching her resilience and self love. After years of doctors attempts so far this has been the most beneficial. It just takes kindness and I’m so happy to come here and place a five star review. Thankyou Thankyou. Joleen & Lily

The workshop I did most recently was a New Moon meditation and Yin Yoga. It gave me a boost for DAYS, I was able to lift heavier weights the next day and it was so very worth it for mindfulness and relaxation.

Corne surpassed any expectations of yoga. Her offerings are heavenly loving, nurturing and caring.

I went for Sunday yin and nidra class, and the positive vibe and loving energy I received are helping me a lot to start my week and be happier.

Highly recommend this place for everybody, including those without experience in yoga, because even the most stiff person (like my body yesterday hehhee) can enjoy it!
