Kato's 3000 Grapes

Hey there, just wanted to give you a heads up about something important. If you're a parent with kids, please be extra careful when using the toilet outside the premises. Yesterday, my daughter and I had a close call with a reverse truck while walking to the toilet. Can you believe it? The staff there didn't even ask if we were okay, they just scolded us for being in their way. Oh, and watch out for the access door near the toilet too. It opens outward and I actually got hit by it when the staff opened it. There's no proper warning displayed, so please be cautious.

A nice variety of grapes with unique taste that you cannot find in other supermarkets. Autumn crisp, candy crush are our favorite

Regular to kato3000 and always received great service from the staffs except today.

Served by a pretty rude young lady. She had poor attitude and was extremely impatient. Despite waiting for a very long time we tried to be polite.

However when I mentioned she overcharged us by about $20, she was just pure rude and her bad attitude was unbearable. We left without refunds so that we would not hold up the lines.

This would not stop us from going back but would prefer not to be served by her.

Pls learn to use a calculator next time.

Very nice grapes and the pricing was not bad. I loved the Midnight grapes and Timpson, both were very crispy and surprisingly keep very well in the fridge, the kids love it as a snack for school.

It's a good place to buy grapes but they won't allow people to pluck the bunches though.

Variety of crunchy delicious grapes! We go there every season multiple times to try all their variety of grapes that keeps changing every week or so!

They also do some seasonal veges n fruits. (watermelon, rockmelons, tomato, garlic.keeps changing.)
Try to get in early as they sell out very fast.
Call them to confirm if you after specific grapes (such as Autumn crisp, midnight beauty etc)

No grapes picking

This is one of the best places to buy grapes in summer in the Swan Valley. It is not just easy parking, you can also get yourself an ice cream. There are several varieties of grapes to choose from including candy heart and autumn crispy which are great quality. You can try before you buy and the service is personalised and friendly. Grapes are awesome!

Such delicious, crisp, seedless grapes! On top of that, the customer service from the friendly staff was amazing. I came back after buying some grapes and fruit last week, and the two people that served me last time remembered me and made sure I was well looked after ️ Highly recommend!

Grapes are good. But when I went yesterday there was a young girl with a bull ring served me, I bought 2 kg of grapes, she told me to pay 53$, I said shouldn’t be like that much, she didn’t believe me and I heard she said “fuck sake”.
After I rejected to pay, she took whole bag away and weighed again, then she told me it’s 22$, she didn’t even say sorry, very disappointed.
Others lady are good, only this young girl was so impolite.

Every year we go to Kato's 3000 (except last year I think they closed) to buy some autumn crisp grapes. This year is very disappointed by their service. I drove 30 min and lined up for about 15 mins, when is my turn the young girl who serve me give me the bottom bits of the autumn crisp, they are soft, small in sizes and looks like have been in the fridge for quite some time. It is not crunchy anymore. I did say to the young girl can you pick from the other tray that looks better and she said to me "no, you can only get these (the bottom bit) spent $40 dollar for 4 kg not crunchy autumn crisp grape. I rather just go tp woolworths to save my time and money. Extremely disappointed this time.

This has to be the best grape farm in western Australia. Their variety of table grapes is amazing, and their service is tops. I highly recommend them.

Grapes you sell are mostly smashed and rotten. I am very disappointed. I highly not recommended coming here again.

The grapes are very fresh and very reasonable price. However the man selling vegetables outside is dodgy. I bought 500 grams of garlic from him, but only weighs 413 grams on my kitchen scale.

Very friendly staff (and owner) and the grapes are so crunchy and sweet, prices are so reasonable.
Bought a lot of Autumn Crisp and Baby Autumn Crisp, yummy.

Put the big grapes on the small grapes and put them in a bag. Unlike putting it in a large box before. I didn't see it until I came back.

The ONLY place to get grapes in the valley. Staff are friendly and there is so much more than just grapes. Take lots of cash

They let you try all the different types of grapes before purchasing which is great. The grapes are absolutely amazing and I cant recommend this place enough. I haven't been able to buy grapes from the supermarket ever since I had tried this place.
