Staff are great and very helpful. The prices are expensive in here but some of the clearance items are a bargain.
I always get my walking boots here they have a good range and staff that help getting the correct size
You get what you pay for
One of the smaller Kathmandus but well stocked with every day goods and very helpful assistants.
This was my third visit to the Whitfords store and will probably be my last. The store does have a couple of good and friendly staff but stay away from the manageress. I had the misfortune of having her attend to me this time and good Lord, was she arrogant and unhelpful. I felt very intimidated by her attitude and decided to walk out without buying the stuff that I wanted.
Went to purchase a new piece of luggage. I rang ahead to check the stock and the staff kept it to the side for me. Once I arrived it was far bigger than expected and the staff helped me find a better option.
It was a great customer experience and they were also very patient with my young children asking heaps of questions.
Staff were so friendly and amazingly helpful, went to a lot of effort to find me a replacement jacket for one I had lost a few years back. Extremely appreciative and will definitely come to this Kathmandu in future.
Just camping clothes mostly and very expensive. Huge mark up on unbranded products that have been Kathmandu branded
I didn't even want to give one star. Went in with my daughter to whitfords store to buy a puffer jacket for her trip to uk. Only two customers in the store. Two staff members. Not one approached us. One staff member walked past us, looked but still not acknowledged us. Poor poor service especially during the festive season when its the busiest time if year. Back to joondslup store for us.
