Wow, the customer service that we experienced from Destiny (hope that’s how you spell it) was absolutely sensational. We went in there last Saturday to purchase some gear before we moved to Canada for work. That young lady “loves” customer support. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, absolute pleasure to deal with. I had a fault with a water bottle I purchased from another Kathmandu store.
The manager was very helpful and understanding and happily exchanged the faulty item for a new one.

I usually hate going to the Forum, but this trip to Kathmandu was almost pleasant. Got some good help from the staff making my purchase and am happy with the result.
No pressure sales, friendly staff. Expensive but good quality. Picked up my wife a new jacket off the clearance rack and she loves it.
Bit pricey, so only buy stuff in the sale. Red headed girl was attentive and knew her stuff, staff were all very nice!
