Great store with excellent choices at really good value. Immy in particular was so nice and helpful. She even telephoned another store to check if they had an item in stock and then arranged for it to be held over for me. Customer service at it's best.

I went to this store 6months ago in order to buy equipment to hike the cape to cape. I since did it and many other hikes. Everything, including hiking shoes, is still in perfect conditions. Clothes, socks and shoes are very confortable and great quality. This brand can be a bit pricey but there are often discounts so it is worth to wait and buy at the right time because the products are great. Also I was amazed by the quality of the service at this store. All were absolutely brilliant and I am specially grateful to George for all his advices and recommendations. Will definitely keep coming there for all my outdoors activities purchases.

Hiroe and Tracey provide outstanding customer service. On that basis alone I would recommend shopping here but then there's the clean and attractive store layout and merchandising, the good quality clothing and camping gear and the great prices.

I went into this store on the weekend and on a weekday and found the service both times excellent. All the staff I spoke to were highly experienced and knowledgeable.

I'd rate Kathmandu around 3 and a half stars. The main reason is price! I do appreciate the high-end make and material quality of their products, however I don't feel that their pricing on the majority of their products is justification for this. Staff can be helpful though so that is a bonus. Always better if you have a Summit card or go during a heavily discounted sale.

Andrè from Innaloo Kathmandu has some of the best customer service I've come across. He was super helpful in finding me the rain jacket I was after. He knew exactly what he had in store as well as what he could outsource. I was not pressured into or away from anything. In the end Andre and the team put the effort in and helped me get exactly what I was after.

Quite a large store with good parkings available most of the time.
Has most of special and more available as it is a large store.

Wide product range here at this store. Stocks more products that I couldn't find at the Joondalaup sotre. Nice friendly staff who is helpful.

I only buy the on sale items. To buy a Hiking jacket needs you to have access to an overdraft to purchase. Staff very friendly.

The staff are always helpful and they have some great products, which are decent value when there's a sale.
