It is nearly impossible to find something that is in S, M, or L size. If you are XXS OR XXL, then it is a must go place for you.

Walked all the way here to find out they barely had any bags. I was looking for a new 38L laptop bag.

Agree with the other reviewers that it is a great shop and great discounted merch. However, went there again today - spotted a bargain jacket marked down to $40. Was not aware that there was an additional 30% off for members which would have made it a really great deal. According to the sales person who helped me - the very last one in stock in Australia of that range as it was part of an old range.

When I tried to pay for it they flatly refused to give it to me at the marked price. Claiming that it was marked down incorrectly. I mentioned to the store manager that according to my knowledge under consumer law I should be given the item at the marked price.

Store manager suggested that someone may have changed the label sticker which was obviously total nonsense and very clear that the sticker on the label had not been tampered with. Why would someone change the label and then hang it back on the shelf - makes no sense. I took a photo of the label just so that they don’t give a very lame excuse and as proof.

Not sure what to do about it. Does this mean that the next time I go to the shop I have to go check all the prices before I pay? Come on Kathmandu - you know better than this and I think it could actually be against consumer law to refuse me the item at the marked price.

Will check with the consumer watchdog as I am not a happy camper atm - and very disappointed with one of my favourite stores that I frequent often.

Love this shop. You will get the best Kathmandu quality at very affordable price. This month I bought few pieces of clothing there for my hiking needs. I love every piece very much. Very comfortable, lightweight and cosy. Highly recommended

Nice outlet store in Perth where you can get most of the Kathmandu gear. Not very big enough though. With the Perth CBD store having closed few months back in 2022, this store in Watertown mall is the closest Kathmandu store that the city dwellers can go to.

You could be forgiven for thinking that this is a flagship store rather than a 'factory outlet'; the stock is well presented and the staff are sharp and friendly.

This store has an awesome clearance range and no doubt that they are great value. However, staff is not very attentive and when I used my voucher today for my purchase I can tell that this lady boss attitude has changed entirely. Do yourself a favour, go to the Cockburn store instead

If you visit this shop regularly, you will find high quality products with reasonable price especially if you an outdoor person.

Nice relaxed interactions with the staff. They have a "can do" attitude. Carry a good range of gear and plenty of deals.

Helpful staff and a broader range of stock than other Kathmandu stores.

This particular store is where a lot of the clearance stock sells from, so it has a larger and cheaper (because of clearance sales) range than most local shop fronts.

The Kathmandu staff in general are exceptionally helpful and personable (more so than at other similar brand outlets). There are usually enough staff with enough training to help find what you need for your activity or deal with complicated returns and exchanges.
