10Really disappointed with the service.actually can’t be since there was no service so not sure what I’m dissatisfied with. Are we at vending machine stage of retail these days? I walked around the shop gathered some items, tried them on, swapped items sizes, tried those on.not a hello, can we help, is everything ok, anything and no goodbye at the end. I know I’m in Claremont and maybe that the service level for this area.but I just left all my items that I would have purchased and will go buy them from Belmont or somewhere they actually say hi at the least.
Great store. Very clean and well organised store unlike some other competitors. They had a great Easter sale on and I managed to find everything I needed no problem. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
I would like to shout out Catherine (or Cat in her name badge) in Kathmandu Cottesloe. She went above and beyond with her service. I’m really pleased my with my experience.
Bought a big travel pack and asked for a spare paper bag to carry. The staff just shook her head as her answer. What a nice service.
I managed to get some very good bargins at the sale. As I hadn't been shopping much over the covid 19 time I treated myself to some CHRISTMAS outfits, so I was pretty chuffed.
