Gotta put a word for Josh who helped us with picking our shoes. It took us a while to try 4 different pairs but the dude was patient. Appreciated.

Great service, well set out store AND they hadcthe size I needed that non of the other stores had.

Great little store for travelling gear, though also a good place to get gear for daily life. Basically New Zealand's version of Patagonia/The North Face. This particular store is a bit small, but stocks a lot of the essentials and has friendly staff who are willing to help out. Main reason it isn't 5 stars is mostly due to Kathmandu failing to offer certain items that would compete with online offerings (meaning, if you come here to stock up for a trip you will still likely need to order some items from online). But this store and the staff here are great. Thanks guys!

Note that all good travel gear is kinda expensive. You will be paying hundreds for a quality puffer jacket, for example, but it's worth it if it's in your price range.

As others have said, such lovely staff at this store. Nothing is too much trouble. I tried on a jacket today (Reduced to Clear) that Teresa had kept aside for me after I rang the store. It turned out to be too big and it was the last one in WA! When I asked if my size might be in stock in another State, Jenna and a helpful young man - perhaps a trainee or work experience student - jumped on the computer, found one in Adelaide, rang that store and arranged for it to be sent to Perth - and to a branch that's nearer to me. I was so impressed. Obviously it hasn't yet arrived but I'm confident that it will! Thank you Teresa, Jenna & team.

Team is great, keeping POS open for me as I ran a few mins late for a desperate dash for an urgent flight.

Really friendly helpful staff. They have some great specials on and most of their clothing are made using natural materials where possible. Bought some cotton trousers and a cardigan and are very comfortable. Also appreciate the nice gesture of offering a paper bag without any cost.

Strongly recommend this store over watertown store and carousel store! Service is a lot better and staff is so friendly too! The boss lady at watertown shxty look just because I need to do a refund of my online order. I mean I had no choice that I had to return them because they dont fit and its not my fault that these new clothes don't fit

Excellent service and staff but if you have not shopped there before and are budget savvy prices may be a bit of a shock

Great customer service from the young guy in here. Very helpful with what I was looking for as I had no idea what I was in need of and walked out happy and with exactly what would keep me dry and warm in Europe.

Is the camping store located at 10 minutes South of Perth CBD if you're not driving in peak hour traffic will take you about 10 minutes and it's located as I said 10 minutes South of Perth CBD located in the state of the Western Australia yeah the camping stuff yet swim expensive you might lado do another camping shop or check your prices before you go in here or go in to check your prices so you can much when of other places
