My experience was noteworthy due to the exceptional customer service. Initially seeking a specific washing bag for work, I was impressed with the staff's proactive approach in offering solutions. Despite not having the exact item in stock, they suggested another store where I could find what I needed. Such practical assistance and consideration for the customer's needs make this place a top choice. Five stars well-deserved!

It does have good stock, but sadly the manager on duty was not really nice with her customer service. She was quite rude and not liked since we walked in and I believe her name was Jamie.

Excellent customer service, I lost my watch in the store the previous day, staff member Caroline was very helpful assisting with a search and locating my watch. Staff friendly and helpful.

Wanted a thermal singlet for my 12 year old for Hockey games on cold mornings. Young man at counter very helpful with explaining the different types and sizing. Found what I needed within 10minutes. My son very happy with singlet as it is quick drying when playing in rain.

Rude customer service from a staff named Marcus. Just because we forgot the hangers in the fitting room, he started getting irritated. Would rather buy stuff online than dealing with rude attitude.

Staff make you feel like a giant inconvenience. Baffling how rude the customer service is here. Go to Anaconda or BCF if you’re in the area.

Great bargains when the sales are on. Good savings with camping, clothing and travel gear.

Asked about hiking shoes and they were very knowledgeable. Went hiking the next day and I could easily walk up steep rock inclines. =)

Great service with knowledgeable staff. Didn’t have a size I wanted and they helped me look up inventory in other locations to help me find it.

Excellent service from staff who were very knowledgeable regarding the ins and outs of the various hiking shoes and boots. Kathmandu can be a little pricey at full price, so much sure to time your purchases with one of their frequent sales.

Good stock available. Good quality (well with the price). Could do better with customer service hence the 4 star rating

We several times here. Staff is complete unhelpful. If you ask about any products, they don't even bother to check on computer, with deny on your face by saying not available. It happened most of occasions. Once I asked to check on computer but didn't really show any interest. Finally bought same product online.

Went to Carousel Store, Sunday 2nd April 2022. All staff grouped together, including the manager busy chatting away totally ignoring customers, when I asked a question about a certain item I received a very sarcastic answer from one of the staff. Manager was in the presence of the rude staff member, however she did not even attempt to correct her rude staff's behaviour. I re- approached manager about the staffs behaviour, she didn't show any interest at all. Totally Disgusting service, worst I have ever received. People with this kind of attitude do not deserve to be employed. Shame on all of you.

Larrissa was absolutely amazing with the help she provided my mum and myself. Very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend her. Will be asking for her by name next time.

Honestly Cockburn store is a lot better. Went to carousel store last Sunday. The shop has no one and all the three staff that were on were just chit chatting to each another and looking at their phones! I mean honestly, you don't really get to pay to look at your phones. When I asked him questions about the clothing, he wasn't very helpful too!

I am not a big for of these stores for various reason which I won't go into, but I needed some specialized clothing and quickly. The young lady that served us was incredibly knowledgeable about the winter products and very helpful. As much as I don't like these stores, got to give credit were credit is due, service was first class.

Have used Kathmandu gear for years, as fulltime travellers hard wearing, quick dry gear is imperative.

I was looking for a small pack for day-to-day use. I had checked items online, however wanted to see for myself. The sales assistant immediately took me to the light daypack, which is perfect for my use. I have found it to be light, compact, good quality, and at a great price.

Store was well presented, surprisingly calming and very interesting to look around. Recommended.

Good for quality outdoor essentials - sleeping bags, backpacks, torches, etc. Staff are helpful.
