Karrinyup St Luke Medical Centre

I needed a doctors app. On a Sunday but my doctor wasn't available and the medical centre I usually go to was fully booked. I needed antibiotics quickly so rang St Luke's explained my situation and Linda managed to squeeze me in despite also being fully booked but she understood the urgency and was very accommodating. I didn't have to wait long to see a doctor. Positive experience all around.

My son got vaccinated this morning at St Luke. The nurse are very nice and professional. My son didn't even cry, unbelievable!

Would not recommend to see Dr Srdjan Stankovic, needed a sick note from work, while there I also got a renewal script for something else since I was there anyway. He told me I wasn’t sick and there what I was feeling was because I flew in a plane (my throat and ears were very sore) I called back later and asked for a sick note since I did have to leave work and was told he had left and would call me in a few days time, then received a call saying he would not give me a sick note because I wasn’t sick, extremely rude and does not listen. I would not go to the doctors and pay for an appointment if I was not sick. Do not see this doctor

Our whole family go to St Luke’s, there are multiple doctors that we are happy to see, the nurses who do the immunisations for our son are all so lovely and caring and the pathologists are all amazing as well. They guy who owns the chemist attached is also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The only downside is sometimes the parking is busy,

Friendly and professional service at reception. Appointment on time. Mr Large very attentive and listened.

Reception staff absolutely lovely, however waited 25+mins past appt time to see the Doctor. Once seen Dr, she was lovely.

Always feel welcome, only down side is parking can be hard when shopper's from karinyup park there it's a small parking lot

Receptionists have lack of effort. I asked the receptionist to ask the doctor to check results but apparently they have to many patients to get through, so basically I have to wait. Or book an appt which will cost me money. How simple is it to ask a doctor to look at your test results.

I was very impressed with St Luke’s medical centre. As a new patient, the process was effortless and my doctor was thorough and lovely. Thank you.

We always go to this center to see our Doctor Pham Thien. Doctor Pham was the best doctor we have ever seen. Finding a good doctor is not easy this days and we are so happy to finally find the right doctor who respect, listen, follow up.

Rang Karrinyup Medical Centre In Regards to a Matter that had to be handled by Dr J. Kennedy. Dr Kennedy has helped and supported many people, once again he is Supporting an older man in the Community with many Medical Issues. I also acknowledge Linda (Reception) that listened and picked up a Carers Concern.

Nurse Alyssa went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced recently. I’d booked in for a procedure, but she wasn’t able to proceed without more evidence. She completed her due diligence, followed up blood work from two different labs, spoke with a doctor and then confirmed it was ok to proceed. She completed the appointment as scheduled. So appreciative that she made the effort instead of cancelling an appointment which is what most would have done. Thank you Alyssa!

Dr Kulathunga was fabulous, ladies on reception were really lovely, great service and friendly.

Being a pacient for years and never had any issues. One of the rare places that provide genuine bulk billing to the patients.

Recently changed billing practise, now quite expensive, you can be 75 with just a seniors card (not health) and now they will not bulk bill.

Visiting this region and partner needed an urgent gp appointment. Was able to see a doctor within 3 hours with satisfactory results. Bunus to be bulk billed thanks.

First time here, staff at reception are friendly, helpful and professional. The Doctor I saw was thorough. Gave 4 star as I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time, which I know can’t be helped but felt like it was an excessive wait time.

As usual whenever I visit St Luke Medical Centre the staff are polite and friendly and the Doctor I go to as my GP is always
very professional and most helpful.
