7 Tried to take a online package back with a printed prepaid return slip as this newsagent is one of the “carrier locations” and they didn’t want anything to do with it, basically told me to drive to Toll (1 hour drive) by the airport, when they could’ve scanned it there and then

"IM SORRY YOU FEEL THAT WAY" is all the 30yr male manager has to say after SCARING & chasing 3 young girls (19,15,4yrs) half way to their car only to realise they did not steal anything and were INNOCENT.
Absolutely appalling, literally two seconds before I was having a lovely conversation with the female cashier. I feel bad she has to work for such an arrogant man.
Great store, wide range of magazines and other items that cannot be found elsewhere! Love the wooden toys available. Staff very friendly and professional.
