In just a couple of years, they fired over thousands of employees. Safety issue is really bed in this company. Government and FairWork should intervene issues, like safety, bullying, force labour, taxation, etc. @Government @Fair Work

They may ask you to work more days in first swing and give you nearly no work overtime pay, if you say, you don't want to work overtime, you will be on the black list, next swing, they may fire you.no freedom of speaking, no human right, very very bad experience.

Extremely unprofessional company and unsafe work area. There have been deaths due to negligence and workers forced to do high risk work with out the appropriate Licences and Training. If you go as your trade, operator, engineer or any employee in your field, You will be doing hard labour, roller change out and other dirty work even jobs that you may not have the appropriate qualifications for. Most people only last 2 days then leave, if they haven't been injured first. Thier equipment is extremely faulty and unsafe e.g. Cranes with No Brakes, Faulty Boom Function, Faulty Anti 2 Block Function, Power Steering Failure, Services 10 years over due. If you report a fault or service tag anything you will be threatened with demotion or dismissal.

If do decide to go there be very careful! Aside from fibrous material everywhere, there are extreme hazards everywhere, there record number of days without an incident is 5 days they mainly stick around 1-3, Noone should have to die at work.

Unprofessional management team and staff. Also not a safe place to work. Check its accident record before dealing with this company.

I found their job listing for a HSE Training role with Karridale on SEEK June 12,2020. I am very experienced and meet ALL the criteria to fill thjis role. But then I read the bottom of their sexist add which states " willingness to be clean shaven for the use of P2 respirators ". It should state " if you are a male applicant, must be clean shaven ". This company clearly by their wording will ONLY employ men. I have reported them to the equal opportunities commission and reported the add to SEEK. Get out of the cave Karridale Group and get with the times. Start employing people based on their skill set and not their sex. I think I dodged a bullet after reading their customer reviews and their safety record.

Wengi Liu is an utterly disgusting individual who will sack just on a whim has to micro manage everything about the company. Do not deal with this company, not professional and treats it contractors like garbage
