Karratha Leisureplex reviews
27This is an excellent facility, better than my previous local facility in Perth. It is well maintained and kept clean. Top notch equipment and many options/choices.
Great little spot with the friendliest staff. Everything is super clean and welcoming. Two pools, a gym, loads of sports courts and plenty of place to lay in the sun outside. Also a couple of built in BBQs! Highly recommend!
Excellent facilities, to suit all needs, Olympic swimming pool, 25m heated lane pool a smaller kids pool with splash pad, basketball/soccer courts indoor and outdoor, a great gym, a creche and a cafe. Best you will find in the North West
Decent prices too, for one off visits or memberships.
Friendly
Cold water
Showers turn themselves off to quick

Very sporty
Normally a great gym, but whoever hired the Red haired chick needs a hearing aid. Most passive aggressive and snarkiest tone, honestly so dissatisfied at 25 odd dollars, for sure won't be back or contributing any of my money to this gaff. I'd also recommend that the masculine looking staff member seeks marriage counselling and cbt to mitigate her emotional irrationality and compulsion to act her home life out on customers. Sure her boss is stoked with her! Also darling youre not that important so pipe down a bit yea? Maybe stay in the office
Awesome to visit. $1 to have a Hot shower. Great after a few days on the road. Pools are clean. Heaps of parking. Great very friendly helpful staff. Well thought out and designed. Well done city of Karratha
Love this place!? Have different spots to choose and swim in. Very clean water and place.
Worth visiting:)
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Good atmosphere with mix of ages and stages of fitness. Usually able to get the equipment I am interested in. Recently fixed fan above running machines to rotate.thankyou.
Great place to cool off from the Pilbara heat or just do some laps. Nice setting, friendly staff and usually very clean.
Very well set-up, enjoy playing squash. A different experience with glass screens, buy quite enjoyable
Pool area is quite nice. Aqua pad and pool for kids are covered so sun is not the problem in summer.
Used the basketball courts, was in great condition, air con kept it nice and cool. Will be happy to play here consistently
It's massive! All you need in one. Great for the family. And good place to chill and soak up the sun with friends. My favorite place in Ktown.
Fantastic range of group classes for all abilities, well equipped gyms and large pool areas with various swim areas. Trainers are motivating and supportive and there's a friendy atmosphere. I'm just passing through Karratha so only got a couple of weeks here but felt really welcomed to the groups and feel much fitter than when I arrived!
Fantastic leisure venue. The gym has been newly updated and have also included a CrossFit room.
The pool has something for everyone from splash pad, walking lanes swimming lanes. Great ammenities including bbqs, crèche, cafe and function rooms available for hire.
Great Gym, but the price is way too much for Karratha. 20$ per day and 110$ per month is not even Perth or Sydney pricing, adjust the pricing and an influx of people will come in!
Great value and perfect for those many hot Karratha days when the beach water and sand is just too hot hah
Attended the Yaburara Heritage Walk held here. Convenient parking, registration was easy and straightforward. Bus available for drop off at visitor centre. It was nice to receive some momentoes at the end of the event.
Was at touch rugby last night, myself and 2 others wanted to use the public toilets overlooking the fields. Not 1 of them was open! No one could find a key so had to go inside the leisureplex to go toilet. Aren't the fields outside part of the leisureplex? Omg the fields are used practically every night! The question is? So shouldn't the toilets be open too?
