Karalundi Caravan Park reviews
36Our go to place when we are travelling from TP to Perth. Lovely staff, rooms were very clean! Cannot fault.
Great over night stop December 23. We’re going to stop in Cue because we didn’t to stop in Meekatharra but so glad we kept going. Very quiet and well equipped camp ground. Clean and tidy with lovely green grass. Thanks for providing this safe place for travellers to stop. Glad to support the school.
Karalundi great spot / clean amenities/ Quiet/ good size caravan sites / great location if you are interested in Gold detecting / small shop available with a great capaccino
Very nice caravan park. The volunteers are very friendly and helpful. We are seriously impressed with what they do. Keep it up. We will come again!
Tidy little park to overnight on your way through Meka. Basic camp kitchen, grass sites, ample showers and dog friendly.
No water in our cabin. Couldn't shower, wash up or flush toilet. Not good enough at $140 a night.
Great place.it has grass! And potable water. Great cause in helping school, perfect overnighter on way back from karijini. Highly recommended
Karalundi caravan park was well kept, peaceful and good ablution blocks. We'll stay there again on our next travels that way.
Green grass, pristine drinking water, quiet, overnight stop absolutely wonderful. Amenities are clean, paper towel & hand soap provided. Caught up on the washing. Power n water 35pn.
A terrific small caravan park with great facilities, ablutions and camp kitchen, grassed powered sites and a cafe. As it shares the property with the school, it is a dry camp. As a stopover, this was not a problem.
A great place to spend a one or multiple nights. We loved it. Staff are totally friendly, facilities are top, so is the place. Will be there again one day.
A chance word of mouth recommendation saw us staying at Karalundi overnight and we were not disappointed. Lovely grounds, plenty of space, useful handy store, adequate, neat amenities, very reasonable price.
Great place! Easy to book online. We were arriving late at night which they acknowledged and sent us an email with instructions. A reserved sign was placed at our site which made it easy upon arrival. Clean toilet and communal areas. Unfortunately there wasn't hot water on the night we arrived but we were leaving early in the morning so wasn't much of an issue.
Thank you Karalundi staff, excellent caravan park, hoping to spend more time there next visit. Lovely clean facilities and only 50k from Meekatharra.
Easy and friendly check in. Facilities are fantastic (campers kitchen, laundry, toilets, showers) and a perfect spot to pull up off the great northern hwy for an overnighter PS coffee is pretty good too
What a little gem this was! We had never heard of it but really needed to stop driving for the day so I looked on Wiki and saw this. We didn’t expect much given the location and cheap cost. But to our surprise it was a beautiful campground, lovely amenities and a fully equipped camp kitchen! Large Powered grassed site $35/night!
Thanks for making the booking so easy and stress free on a Saturday when the grounds aren’t staffed. I thought it would be tricky to arrange a site but even when someone else was on our allocated site when we arrived, a quick text message to you and problem solved. Would recommend this site to anyone needing to stop anywhere in this vicinity.
We arrived around 3.30 in the afternoon and as it was a Saturday, the cafe was closed. We were informed of this earlier. Our name was on the board which site we were on. Ours was a large grasses area. Very easy to find. Toilets were clean and camp kitchen was great also. Would highlyrecommend this park.
Didn't realise it was a no smoking and no alcohol site. Wasn't clearly advertised on website, and wasn't told when booking. Good location for 1 night but unfortunately won't be staying there again
I liked this place, the staff are nice but the showers and toilets need plenty of attention, along with the camp kitchen.
What a hidden gem! The most pieceful stay that we had travelling home through WA. Everything was neat and tidy and our site was on a grass area. The manager was so helpful and a pleasure to talk to.
It is a no smoking or alcohol stay due to it's community location but most people wouldn't care about that, especially for 1 night.
