Studied Diploma of Financial Planning 2017-2018. Materials are good, tutors and feedback was good on assignments. Online delivery works well and the 12 week activation of each course is great. I felt Kaplan was a bit deaf though as I provided feedback on a few occasions about the course administration and exam center and received no feedback, and at end of courses. Kaplan please listen to your students and show them you are listening.
